Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
Felling trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level) including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material.
Beyond 30 cm girth up to and including 60 cm girth
Beyond 60 cm girth up to and including 120 cm girth
Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :
New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)
Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :
Two or more coats on new work.
Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :
Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface).
Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-harge.
With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).
Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.
Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)
Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge..

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.
Dismantling barbed wire or flexible wire rope in fencing including making rolls and stacking within 50 metres lead.
Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.

Clearing and removing of jungle grass ,bushes, including uprooting of rank vegetation,brush wood,tresss,saplings,branches of small trees,baniyan trees etc. along the existing compound wall length inner and outer sides and disposal of garbage,rubbish beyond muncipal limits etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer In charge. ( Note:- length of the compound wall affetced shall be measureble for payment)
Providing fabrication work including cutting,fixing,spot welding, making new holes for barbed wires, jointing with additional supports as desired to existing recoved dismantled steel work/M.S. Y angles for re use etc. all complete as per the directions of Engineer in charge.
Brickwork with sevicible bricks available/recovered from while executing item No. i.e. dismantling brickwork etc complete ass per the directions of Engineer in charge.
Credit for recovered fresh tree cut wood while executing item No. 2a, 2 b and item No. 25 including stacking of material at suitable designated place during execution,weighing of material by proper weight of loaded and empty vehicle laod weight recorded from authorised weight depot,disposal and carting of material beyond muncipal limits etc. all complete as per the directions of Engineer in charge. ( Net weight of material for credit is considered only difference of empty and loaded weight of mechanical vehicle with proper receipt with vehicle no. and date )
