SR to L051-Kaling to Pass Road for the year 2025-26

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 kms spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres.

Providing & laying good quality of moorum in sub-base in layers not exceding 22.5 cm watering and compaction including hire and running charges of PRR etc complete.

Providing,laying,spreading & compacting stone aggregate using IRC Gr-III size Granite metal WBM specification including spreading in uniform specification,thikness,hand packing,Rolling with Three roller 8-10 ton in stages to proper grade & camber, applying & Brooming requsite type of sreening binding material as crusher dust to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, Watering & compacting to the required desnsity as for clause 404 of MoSRT & H specification

Providing and Primer coat with bitumen Emulsion(S.S-1)using emulsion pressure distributer at the rate of 0.60 kg per Sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per MoRTH specification CL-503.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion(R.S-1) over prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface using emulsion pressure distributer at the rate of 0.60 kg per Sqm with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes and machineries required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

20mm thick premix carpet using 0.27Cum of 13.2mm &5.6mm size Crusher broken chips and 14.60kg. penetration grade of bitumen for 10Sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR inclusive of hire and running charges of PRR , hot mix plant, bitumen boilers and all other T & P articles including cost and conveyance of chips and bitumen complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing &laying 6mm thick precoated seal coat Type-B using 0.06 Cum of 6.7 mm size chips & 6.8 Kg of 80/100 penetration grade of bitumen for 10 Sqm including hire & running charges of PRR ,Hot mix plant ,tar boiler & all other materials .
