Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry / PCC block masonry, built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specifed as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry 1:5:8 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specifed as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specifed as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc including removal of debris outside MOD land complete all as specifed as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new/old surfaces (exterior weather coat) paint in camouflage pattern as directed by Engr-in-Charge of any tint as approved

Cleaning of PCC / stone masonry / brick masonry drains not exceeding 1.5 metre deep by removing of deposited soft / loose soil and other foreign materials not exc 30 cm deep and average 15 cm deep and removal of excavated material to a distance exc 1 km but n.exc 2 km complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- width of bottom of drain multiplied by the length of drain cleaned shall be measured for payment.

Demolition of concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debris to out of MoD land complete all as specifed as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type D- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings etc complete all as specifed as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for rubber moulded chequered cement concrete tile with grey cement and pigment (of approved tint) of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 25 mm thick over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry complete all as specifed as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for cement concrete type B- 1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in road / hardstanding of thickness 150 mm including steel formwork and finishing the surface using floater etc complete all as specifed as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Forming contraction joints (Dummy) in concrete pavement, 30 mm deep x 10 mm wide priming & filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specifed as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning 25mm thick over concrete surfaces, spread complete all as specifed as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of approved shape and size of 60mm thickness, with minimum compressive strength of 35N/sqm (M-35), without correction factor for chamfering, made in rubber moulds with 0.50mm thick scratch proof lacquer coating on top surface, with grey cement and pigment laid complete all as specifed as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Filleting in any position and to any shape in cement mortar 1:4 including all mitres, stops, etc. exc. 25 but n.exc 50 sq.cm complete all as specifed as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement Concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specifed as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces Set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specifed as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- reinforcement steel will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for Mild steel CRS TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specifed as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specifed as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F mild steel angle iron and flats including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specifed as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F in repairs galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specifed as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F in repairs galvanized concertina coil of 1060mm dia made of 0.5mm thick, 19mm wide strip & 2.59 mm dia high tensile wire, 125 Nos of clips, having 56 Nos of circles and covering 8 to 10 running mtr and 'S' clips per spiral using a central core of high tensile wire around which a tape of razor sharp barbs is machine crimped etc complete all as specifed as directed by Engineer in Charge. (Note- Straight length of wall, over which the coil is laid, shall be measured and paid for under this item)

Taking down chain link fencing of any mesh size/any type incl. line wire to any type of standard rails/ supports etc & straining bolt etc incl. binding wire complete all as specifed as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing of any mesh size/any type incl. link wire to any type of standard rails/ supports etc & straining bolt etc incl. provision of binding wire complete all as specifed as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specifed as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L mild steel round bar 10 mm and over as in tightening of chain link fencing including cutting to shape, necessary drilling, bolting etc Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality -A or Fe 290 (Gde-E-165) complete all as specifed as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F mild steel bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater pipes, soil/ waste or vent pipes including bolts, if required, in hold fast; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans and similar small article confg to Fe- 290-Gde - E-165 complete all as specicifed and as directed.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5 but n exc 10 cm long,Diameter of neck in 16 to 20 mm, etc complete all as specifed as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specifed as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated steel Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specifed as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces n.exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specifed as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions complete all as specifed as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) (nominal mix) in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specifed as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- reinforcement steel will be measured and paid seperately.
