Work of CAMC for out of warranty coaches & periodical maintenance of under warranty coaches of pneumatic pressurized flushing system (PPFS) and Electro Pneumatic Pressurized Flushing System (EPPFS) installed in LHB Coaches at DHN Coaching Depot for the period of 3 years and Supply, laying of Epoxy flooring in LWACCW, LWACCN, LWACCNE, LWSCN, LWS/LS and LWSCZAC type LHB coaches at Coaching depot, DHN for 3 years.

10.2 Financial Eligibility Criteria: The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractualturnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less; whereV=Advertised value of the tender in crores of RupeesN= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited.The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments"in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet ofthe previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shallbe considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover. The tenderers shall submit requisiteinformation as per Annexure-VIB along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by theChartered Accountant/ Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.

10.3 Special Financial Criteria:- The balance sheet and all other financial documentsattested/certified by the Chartered Accountant (CA) to substantiate fulfilment of FinancialEligibility Criteria should be with UDIN, failing which the offer shall be considered asincomplete and will be summarily rejected without any further reference.

10.1 Technical Eligibility criteria:(a) The tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the followingcategories of work(s) during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in whichtender is invited:(i) Three similar works costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, or(ii) Two similar works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, or(iii) One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender.Note for Item 10.1:Work experience certificate from private individual shall not be considered. However, in addition to workexperience certificates issued by any Govt.
