Providing and Fixing of Glow sign boards showing the coloured map at Industrial area Kakani along with following nomenclature (1). Size of the board is 2.70 x 1.80 x 0.20 mtr (2).The layout map of Industrial Area should be digitally printed on back lit flex banner for glow guide map. (3). Box should be made of G.I. sheet 22 Gauge thick and supported by frame of MS square pipe,size 25x25 mm. (4). The board should be guarded with safety nets of M.S. square wire mesh (25x25 mm) duly supported with MS angle and flats as per atached drawing. (5). Adequate LED lighting inside the guide map should be provided with complete electrical wiring and fixture. Providing and fixing cable of size 2x6 sqmm from guide map to nearest power supply point. (6). The stand angle iron frame supporting structure made out of 4 nos. of M.S. angle of size 65x65x6 mm size and M.S. flat of size 65x6 mm should be grouted firmly in ground with cement concrete grade 1-1.5-3 of size 0.60x0.75x0.90 m as per foundation detail attatched. (7).The work also includes painting ot two or more coats with synthetic enamel paint over steel primer on entire structure.The entire work should be done as per direction and with satisfaction of Engineer in-charge.

Supply and Fixing of high intensity micro prismatic retro reflective type XI retro reflective sign plate for overhead Gantry cantilever sign boards made out of 3 mm thick alluminiumcomposite panel, faces and background to be fully covered green high intensity retro reflective type XI sheeting and the matter and logo with overlay film type of sheeting after the etching treatment of aluminium sheet . The back side of the aluminium sheet is painted with grey epoxy- powder coating and supported with a frame of angle iron 40x40x5 mm with the help of stainless steel nut aluminium rivets .

Supply of overhead Gantry and Cantilever sign board steel structure as per enclosed design and drawing including following. (1). Steel work in built uptrusses in angle iron, MS black pipe medium duty and channels etc. including cutting and fixing in position and applying a primer coat of red oxide, welded and bolted including a special shape of whshers complete in all respects .(2). Providing of foundation anchor Nut Bolts upto 900 mm in length of suitable dia with washersIII. Painting on trusses plates, nut bolts with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint as per the direction of engineer incharge.

RCC work in foundation as per the enclosed design and drawing including following.(1). Earthwork in excavation as per enclosed design and drawing. (2). Providing and laying cement concrete in footing and base for column as per enclosed design and drawing.(3). RCC work for footing base of column in CC 1-1.5-3 (4). Centering and shuttering (5). Reinforcement for RCC work including cutting bending and placing in position as per enclosed design and drawing.
