Providing Manpower Services to Mysore district lab and Taluk lab

Satisfactory completed, in at least one financial year in last five years 2021-22 to 2025-2026 one similar contract of Providing manpower Services of value not less than Rs 45.53 Lakhs (Attach Experience Certificate issued by the Employer of State Government/ Central Government /State or Central undertaking boards / Urban local bodies)

Service provider should have minimum 10 years experience in the field of providing man power services. (Service provider needs to submit the Individual/firm/Company registration certificates by the competent authority)

Karnataka labour department Registration Certificate: (Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities)

EPF and ESI certificate along with last 3 months paid challan should be uploaded along with the technical proposals

GST/Service Tax Registration Certificate:(Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities and Last GST Paid Challan)

The service provider shall submit the employer along with proof of meeting prescribed qualification and experience, medical certificate, police verification and licence from the department

Service provider should have registered under PSARA Act, 2005(Service provider needs to submit the Valid PSARA Registration Certificate)

Achieved in at least two financial years in last five years 2021-22 to 2025-2026 annual financial turnover of Rs. 91.06 lakhs. (Attach Certified balance sheet issued by Charted accountant (With profit loss statement) and the CA certified turnover certificate with UDIN should be uploaded.
