75 mm /100 mm dia core cutting in concrete for diamond wire pass.

200 mm dia core cutting in concrete for cut block lifting.

Steel Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level, Mild steel an Medium Tensile Steel bars

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Providing and laying M-25 non-shrinkage cement concrete of compressive strength not less than 250 kg/cm square (413 kg of non-shrinkage cement per cum) with 20mm maximum size graded crushed aggregate for all leads and lifts including preparing surfaces, mixing, vibration, curing and finishing complete in all respect excluding centering and shuttering and steel reinforcement as per specifications and drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing cut surface of concrete with cement and fibre based shrinkage compensated polymer modified high strength mortar to give an even and smooth surface complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Work related to electric connection, water, crane, payad, scaffolding, hydra, chain blocks and cut blocks hanging arrangement etc.

Carriage of excavated material with lift and lead upto 6 Km

Dismantling of damaged cement concrete lining at various reaches of HRT i/c cutting the reinforcement and preparation of cutting surface and disposal of excavated material for all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Drilling holes upto 38 mm dia inside rock to a depth upto 3 m for anchor bars and pressure grouting etc. complete as per specifications and drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and erection in position 25mm dia anchor bars of approved type, including cost of all materials, grouting as per specifications and drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Drilling holes upto 38 mm dia, including supplying and erection in position 25mm dia resin type rock bolts of approved type, including cost of all materials, tensioning, testing and grouting as per specifications and drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying plain M-25 cement concrete lining of compressive strength not less than 250 kg/cm square (413 kg of cement per cum) with 20mm maximum size graded crushed aggregate for all leads and lifts including preparing surfaces, centering and shuttering etc. mixing, vibration, curing and finishing and contact grouting complete in all respects excluding steel reinforcement as per specifications and drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying M-10 plain back fill cement concrete of compressive strength not less than 100 kg/cm square (230 kg of cement per cum) with 20mm maximum size graded crushed aggregate for all leads and lifts including preparing surfaces, centering and shuttering etc. mixing, vibration, curing and finishing complete in all respects as per specifications and drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in charge.

Pressure grouting with cement including providing and fixing necessary pipes and fittings etc. in the drill holes for pressure grouting including all operations as per specifications and drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supply, fabrication and transportation, handling, site storage, erection and commissioning (including provision for all labour, tools and tackles) of Hinge gate including handling, plate marking, edge preparation, welding, machining and providing nuts, bolts, studs, washer, rubber gaskets, stainless steel plates etc. including necessary embedment complete in all respect as per design , drawing and technical specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Structural Designs & Development Details, fabrication drawings of Hinge Gate & its Specials, accessories etc. as per Technical Specifications of the Contract complete in all respects or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
