Civil Items: Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within all lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. a) Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: a) 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS: 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes. a) 110 mm diameter as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. a) Bend 87.5° i) 110 mm bend as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge : External work a) 20 mm nominal outer dia. Pipes as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge : External work a) 32 mm nominal outer dia. Pipes as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing uplasticised PVC connection pipe with brass unions : a) 30 cm length i) 20 mm nominal bore as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing C.P. brass angle valve for basin mixer and geyser points of approved quality conforming to IS:8931 : a) 15mm nominal bore as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing customized laboratory workstation table of overall size 144" x 27" x 36", featuring a main structural frame fabricated from 32mm x 32mm square hollow steel section, thoroughly cleaned and painted with synthetic enamel paint of approved shade. The workstation shall be fitted with an 18mm thick polished black granite top mounted over an 18mm thick pre-laminated High-Density High-Moisture Resistance (HDHMR) board storage cabinet unit comprising under-counter drawers and cupboards. The item includes a matching overhead storage unit of size 144" x 12" x 24" constructed from 18mm pre-laminated HDHMR board, fully wired and fitted with integrated electrical points having 16-Amp switches and sockets. The entire installation shall be complete including premium quality drawer channels, hinges, handles, screws, bolts, leveling pads, and all necessary hardware fittings, hardware accessories, alignment, and fixing in position as per site requirements and to the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing customized laboratory sink table of size 36" x 27" x 36", fitted with an 18mm thick polished black granite top mounted over a storage cupboard cabinet constructed from 18mm thick pre-laminated High-Density High-Moisture Resistance (HDHMR) board. The unit shall be integrated with a suitable laboratory sink and heavy-duty Chrome-Plated (CP) brass fittings/faucets of appropriate size, complete with waste coupling, flexible waste pipe, trap, and necessary internal plumbing accessories. The item includes premium quality cabinet hinges, handles, magnetic catches, screws, bolts, silicone sealant along granite-sink joints, and all required hardware fittings, complete in all respects, leveled and fixed in position as per site requirements and to the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
