Scarifying Existing Bituminous Surface to a Depth of 150mm by Mechanical Means Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3m and lead upto 1000m as per technical Specification Clause 301.4.

Construction of Sub grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lift and leads, transporting to site, spreading grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead up to 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1 (I) Private land.

3) WBM Grading 3 Using stone screening Type-B 11.2mm for Gr.III Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up nthe interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. A) By Manual Means

ii) Medium porosity Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90-1.2 kg/sqm using mechanicl means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

iii) Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kf per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Semi-Dense Bituminous concrete (Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix tob work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeeled, vibratory and tandem roolers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 508. complete in all respect. A. with hydratic lime/ cement as filler (refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification) (I) with 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen for gradingII (10mm nominal size)

(B) Semi Reflective Traffic Signs I. Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour back with red reflective border of 65mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per CLause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600mm, 600mm below ground level as per approved drawing Clause 1701.2.2. ii. 600mm equilateral triangle

Planting of Trees and their maintenance for three year (Planting of trees by the road side (Avenue trees) in 0.60 m dia holes, 1m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge mannure, planting the saplings, backfilling the trenches, watering, fixing the tree guatrd and maintaining the plants for three year.
