Material and labour for applying one coat of white/ lime wash on old decorated surface of ceiling incl preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots cornices etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying one coat of white/ lime wash on old decorated surface of wall incl preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots cornices etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for one coat of acrylic water based interior grade primer on wall/ ceiling @ 0.8 ltr (undiluted )/ 10 sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully autometic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats. the surface to be treated with efflorescence removal solution where necessary complete all as specified and directed. Note- the efflorescence removal solution will be paid seprately.

Material and labour for applying two coats of oil bound distemper on wall/ ceiling using airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacture with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usase and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spay in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm with internal dust extraction system for clean enviroment certified by paint manufacturer.

Material and labour for two coats of smooth interior acrylic emulsion on wall / ceiling with rich matt finish having VOC less than 50 grams per ltr complying LEEDS criteria @ 1 ltrs (undiluted) / 10 sqm diluted with water is 2:1 ratio applied over priming coat with fully autometic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion on wall of approved colour with silicon addive & color stay technology, Excellent dirt pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 litre (undiluted) / 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully autometic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation by complete removal of existing treatment of walls washing, rubbing down by wire brushes using necessary filling compound of wall Putty to obtain smooth regular / even finish, using sand paper and applying two of oil emulsion distember complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying one coat of exterior acrylic emulsion paint incl preparation by on old treated plastered / unplastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (Tint and shade as approved by GE).

Material and labour for preparation of old surfaces of walls including complete removal of existing treatment of external surfaces washing, rubbing down by wire brushes stopping of surfaces & levelling / edging the disturbed places / edges using necessary filling compound of white cement wall Putty to obtain smooth regular / even finish, using sand paper and applying two coats of smooth exterior acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. (Tint and shade as approved by the GE).

Material and labour for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls applying one coat of cement base paint of approved make & colour complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of Cement Base Paint. Preparation of old surface with necessary filling compound of white external water proof putty and treating the wall with efflrosencese removal solution where required and applying two coat of cement base paint of approved make & colour complete all as specified and directed. Note- the efflorescence removal solution will be paid seprately.

Supply only Liquid efflorescence removal solution complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted wood /wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality)complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coat of plastic emulsion paints of approved shade/colour to walls including preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 17.00 above but on ceiling.

Material and labour for 1mm thick wall/ceiling care putty on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted Concrete surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for writing letter or figures (block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc 30 cm high with black synthatic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for writing stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls including hacking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick internal using cement plaster in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick/concrete work surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 (10+5)mm thick in two layer in cement mortar 1:4 incl water proofing liquid at 200ml per bag of cement at top layer as specifid by manufacturer on fair faces of brick/concrete work surfaces finishe even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (Water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid seperately)

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of ceiling / chhajja concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 incl two coat of distemper / acrylic emulsion complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat alkali resistant priming paint on walls including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for PVC wall Lining consisting of 4 to 5mm thick hollow type, single side prelam PVC sheet used instead of plain colour sheet fix to wall with screws incl matching PVC beading complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of PVC non woven and vinyl printed design wall paper of thickness 200-280 GSM. The rate to include surface preparation and fixing using adhesive as per manufacturer guidelines as approved and complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for WPC louver panel of thickness ranging from 15-25 mm of diffrent shade fix to wall using its accessories incl matching WPC beading etc complete all as specified and directed.
