Job contract for Operation Maintenance of E and M Installations Various Capacity of DG Sets at Katihar 2019 20

Providing Maintenance Services of Electrical & Mechanical Installations viz 11 KV power supply system of Substation/power house, transformers ,11 KV VCBs, AVRs & LT panels , fire alarm system , DG sets. covering the scope of operation, repairs & maintenance, attending faults / breakdowns rectifications, ensuring serviceability / satifactory working condition of the systems, preventive maintenance on daily/ weekly/monthly/ quarterly/ halfyearly/yearly basis, maintenance of records/documentation etc. as per scope of work given in special conditions of contract shall be ensured round the clock by the aduquate manpower (ie. in three shifts basis , each shift of 8 hours) on all days including Sundays & Holidays at MSSR and DVOR site at katihar & as per direction of EIC.

Annual maintenance contract of following DG Sets including other accessories from OEM/authorised service agencies. Job includes monthly visit for carrying out preventive maintenance attending any number of breakdown calls as & when required, carrying out "B" checks twice in a year, minor repairs etc. as per manufacturer"s recomondations/standard practice and as per the scope of work, complete as required. (i) (a) 25 KVA soundproof Kirloskar Green DG set {Engine- Kirloskar, Model- watercooled RB33, Alternator Kirloskar 3Ph Brushless AC Make} at DVOR Katihar (b) 25KVA soundproof Kirloskar DG set {Engine- Kirloskar, Model - watercooler 3R1040, Alternator Kirloskar 3Ph Brushless AC Make} at DVOR Katihar (c) 25KVA soundproof Kirloskar Green DG set{ Engine-Kirloskar, Model- watercooler, Alternator Kirloskar 3Ph Brushless AC Make} at ACS Katihar.

(ii) 160KVA DG set { Engine- Cummins model no 6BTA5.9 G5, Alternator -stampford } at MSSR Katihar.

(iii) 250 KVA DG set { Engine-Cummins model no 6CTA8.3 G4, Alternator - Crompton } at MSSR Katihar .

Annual maintenance contract for AMF Panels of following DG Sets including general performance check-up, schedule maintenance check, minor repair, attending break-down call as & when required, monthly service visit etc as required as per terms and conditions. (i) (a) 25 KVA soundproof Kirloskar Green DG set {Engine- Kirloskar, Model- watercooled RB33, Alternator Kirloskar 3Ph Brushless AC Make} at DVOR Katihar (b) 25KVA soundproof Kirloskar DG set {Engine- Kirloskar, Model - watercooler 3R1040, Alternator Kirloskar 3Ph Brushless AC Make} at DVOR Katihar (c) 25KVA soundproof Kirloskar Green DG set{ Engine-Kirloskar, Model- watercooler, Alternator Kirloskar 3Ph Brushless AC Make} at ACS Katihar.

(ii) 160KVA DG set { Engine- Cummins model no 6BTA 5.9G5, Alternator -stampford } at MSSR Katihar.

(iii) 250 KVA DG set { Engine-Cummins model no 6CTA8.3G4, Alternator - Crompton } at MSSR Katihar .

Supply of 12volts 150 AH Lead maintenance free Battery make - Exide EP150 or equivalent.

Supply of 12volts 7.5 AH Lead Acid Battery make - Coprp 4G or Equivalent.

Dehydration of insulating oil for transformers and HT AVR through centrifugal oil purifier/ sprinkler machine and heating arrangement to attain withstand of 40 KV for one minutes as per IS 355-1983 (Rev) with submission of prior and post test report of breaking strength of oil at MSSR Katihar sub station.

Overhauling and Servicing of ACBs of various make having capacity of 800A to 1600A i/c drawing out of breaker, cleaning of all contact parts, applying gel, termination of all control wires etc.Repositioning the same, testing and commissioning the breaker, submisssion of reports etc complete as required.

Overhauling and Servicing of Yule _ make, 11 KV VCBs i/c drawing out of breaker, cleaning of all contact parts, applying gel, termination of all control wires, testing of control circuit etc. repositioning the same, testing and commissioning the breaker subsmission of report etc complete as required. (Spares will be supplied by AAI)

Rubbing, cleaning and painting of street light poles of following length with one or more coats of superior quality aluminium paint /existing colour and numbering after painting on the pole including the painting of cement collar as per approved colour etc. as reqd. (i) Lenth not exceeding 12 mtrs.

(ii) Lenth not exceeding 5 mtrs.

Percentage on CPWD DSR (E&M) 2018 worth totaling to Rs.1,00,000/- (Item shall be executed as per requirement.)
