EARTHWORK, SITE CLEARANCE AND SITE DEVELOPMENT Bringing approved Earth may be mixed with granules / pebbles not exceeding 40 mm size (as approved by Garrison Engineer) from sources outside defence land including all cost such as royalty if any, transportation, taxes if any etc. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (a) Earth required for the item shall be supplied by contractor from outside of MOD land at any lead, at his own arrangement. (b) All cost of procurement of earth including cost of transportation, compaction royalties, tax etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (c) Forming embankments / filling in low lying areas including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers not exceeding 30 cm thick, watering ramming / rolling and finishing of required size, shape etc not exceeding 1.5 m high from base / natural ground level. (d) With reference to Clause 3.6 of MES Schedule Part-II on Serial Page No. 21, it is clarified that measurement of the above item shall be of finished embankment / traverse of filled earth after consolidation / compaction and 5% deduction shall be made from measured and calculated volume to allow for increase in bulk. (e) Total quantity / partial quantity of earth may not be available in Sevoke Area. The contractor shall bring the earth outside area and it is advised to quote the rate considering available of soil and its lead involved.

(m)Module Mounting Structure: Design, procure, fixing, support structure made of hot dipped galvanisized iron with min 85 micron thickness including necessary PCC foundation and associated work and fixing mounting arrangement suitable for SPV modules so as it can withstand wind speed of 150km per hour. The array mounted structure has to be so designed that it occupies minimum space without sacrificing the output of SPV panels, Nuts, bolts,mounting structure including module mounting structure shall have to be adequately protected from atmosphere and weather prevailing in the area. All the modules fixing fastners shall be of stainless steel of grade SS316.The module mounting structure to be fixed tilt to optimise the maximum generation in a year. The inverter shall be selfcommulated with Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) technology and shall be capable of synchronise maximum with in one min. Maximum Power Point Tracker(MPPT) confirming to IEC 62093 shall be integrated in the inverter to maximum the energy drawn from the PV array. The inverter shall be suitable nos of protected inputs (as per design) and outgoing shall be protected by Surge protections (MOVs) .The inverter shall be provided with protection class I (IEC 62103) .The inverter should have MODBUS, PROFIBUS, ETHERNET comn ports .The inverter shall include appropriate self protection and self diagnostic feature to protect itself and the PV array from the damage in the event of the inverter componant failure or from parameters beyond the inverters safe operating due to internal and/or external causes. Inverter shall have protection arrangement against ground leakage faults, over voltage, ( SPD) & over current. Inverter should interfaces with Ethernet, RS485, irradation and temperature sensor, Auxilary equipment and power supply, external stop signal. Should have residual monitoring system.

COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT (STP) AND LIFT (PHASE-III)

Supply and Dosing or filling of Sodium hypochloride solution (Hypo Solution) with 6% concentrate for chlorination in water treatment at STP of capacity 100 KLD as per parameters as per OEM recommendation complete all as specified and as directed.

Annual Testing of lift by lift inspector of the State of Assam (once in a Year) of any type of lift and submit the test certificate to the department shall be done by contractor

Supply only Control Fuses (Glass Type 2A) electronic components complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Push Buttons of any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Rollers of any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Guide Shoes any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only ARD Battery 7AH complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for any welding machine work lathe work etc complete all as specified and directed.

MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT (STP)

Outsourcing services for manning and operation of sewage treatment plant (STP) of capacity 100 KLD by deploying 01 pump operator and 01 helper (01 operator + 01 helper), 03 shifts of 08 Hrs per shifts per day for 11 months at NAA comprising of following characteristics of inlet raw sewage / out let treated sewage equipments/ machines and pump sets including testing and operation of valves, operating sewage submersible / centrifugal pump of any number & any capacity and allied work, including Sundays/ holidays for operation of system as and when required and also carry out minor repairs / servicing/ rectification of faults as and when required to all machines/ equipments and valves to ensure 100% serviceability and maintain the ppm level both inlet raw sewage and out let treated sewage of plants and removing scaling materials, mud materials grass/ surface dressing from surrounding area including disposal of dry sludge out of MoD land on monthly basis complete all as specified and directed Shift details - 1 STP (100 KLD) x 3 shifts (1X OPERATOR AND 1X HELPER) = 3 SHIFTS Item Continued as 18.13

NOTE FOR SRL ITEM No. 18.11 to 18.29 The bidders shall ensure that the quoted amount for M & O is not less than minimum fair wages i.e. quoted amount is not less than the prepriced amount. If quoted amount is less than the prepriced amount, same will be amended to pre-priced amount. Amount so adjusted will be deducted from quoted amount against Sch 'A' Part-I i.e. Item No. 1.01 of BOQ. Quoted Amount of tender as a whole will remain unchanged due to this adjustment.
