M&L for preparation of new plastered / POP / Putty surfaces of walls and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for applying two coat of exterior weather proof 100% anti fungal acrylic smooth emulsion with silicon additives that offer anti alge high performance exterior wall finish with 6 years of performance warranty by manufacturer applied by using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PPSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacture with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying exterior weather proof should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of exterior weather proof on the surface to achieve excellent application using limited manpower complete all as specified and directed.

Note for Item Nos.122 & 123 : 1. The work pertaining to periodical services shall be got executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Cement base paint, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. 2. The contractor shall submit ‘Memorandum of Understanding’ (MOU) with the approved manufacturer before commecement of work these items.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces over 10 cm width/girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint, complete all as specified and directed by En gr-in-Charge.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out including removing of excavated material/soil upto 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Cleaning of existing sewage pipe lines 100/150/200mm internal dia at any depth through manholes by removing the manhole covers, by means of hydraulic jet pressure machine or manually as required at site, getting out sludge and liquid materials from connecting manholes and sewar line, flushing with water after cleaning, reinstating the manhole cover to the original postion and removing the solids and sludge out of MD land complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Cost of removal of sludge/liquid material from sewage lines and manholes in same line is included in rate of this item. A particular sewage line which is undertaken once for cleaning and paid for shall be kept functional for entire contract period and no extra payment shall be made for repitetive cleaning if required )

M&L for dewatering and desludging of manholes/septic tank / soakage well of any size and depth by mechanical pumping by plugging inlet as requried, including effluent, solids and sludge out of MD land includind removing the manhole covers and reinstating to its original postion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In Charge. (Note: A particular septic tank / soakage well which is undertaken once for cleaning and paid for shall be kept functional for entire contract period and no extra payment shall be made for repitetive cleaning if required)

M&L for Cleaning of blockage of Floor traps / Gully traps of bathroom / kitchen by getting out all the mud / sludge, cleaning of sewage pipe upto gully trap / first manhole and deposting the sludge in burrow pits of suitable size to a distance as directed and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavations and earth work complete all as specified and directed by Enge-In -Charge. (Note: A particular trap which is undertaken once for cleaning and paid for shall be kept functional for entire contract period and no extra payment shall be made for repitetive cleaning if required)

Cleaning of CI/PVC stack pipes of any dia upto ground floor along the wall and gully trap and Ist manhole including rodding and deposting the sludge in burrow pits of suitable size to a distance as directed and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavations and earth work complete all as specified and directed by Enge-In -Charge. (Note: A particular pipe which is undertaken once for cleaning and paid for shall be kept functional for entire contract period and no extra payment shall be made for repitetive cleaning if required)

Cleaning of man holes of any depth and size including clearing the mouth of outlet/inlet pipes, by taking out accumulated soil, sludge etc mechanically and removal out of MD land and refixing manhole cover all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Pumping out sewage water from the man holes / septic tank / soakage well at different locations by means of sewage tanker fitted with pump (5000 ltr capacity) and disposing off out of MD land as directed by Engr-in-charge .

Notes for Item Nos 132 to 138 (a) Contractor shall provide printed complaint register/slip as per format given by Engr-in-Charge before commencement of work. (b) Contractor's representative shall attend office of Engr-in-Charge on all working days at 0900 hrs to collect the complaints. In case contrctor's representative fails to report Rs 450/- per day will be deducted from the contractor payment for the absent period.
