Supply installation testing and commissioning of Fan Coil Unit with minimum heating capacity as 4,500 kcal/hr , with metallic body and powder coated surface, having minimum dimensions of 1168 mm x 430 mm x 500 mm ,Motor driven fan having head Pressure of 20mm .The job includes approved make of ball valves ,one with y strainer on supply side and other without y-strainer on return side .Fan coil unit shall be inclusive of thermostatic function ,03 phase motor ,cordless remote ,washable pre filter ,electrical terminal box & high Temperature resistance flexible piping .The unit shall be complete with all allied accessories. .The job also includes dismantling and disconnecting of old/damaged FCU From respective locations, cleaning, medications required as per site condition before installing new one. Supply installation testing and commissioning of hot water piping of MS C Class 25 mm ERW pipe including fittings such as bends, flanges, gaskets nuts & bolts etc.
Fabrication, welding, proving and fitting of hangers, brackets made out of structural steel sections like ISA 40X40X4mm as per site requirement, fixed with ceiling walls by means of metallic dash fastener for supporting FCU and pipe works etc. The job includes painting of pipes and structural supports with two coats of red oxide primer followed by two coats of enamel paint of approved colour.
Providing and fixing of MS pipe with glass wool of 50 mm thick 80 kg/m3 density insulation to cover duly covered and riveted with aluminum cladding of 26 SWG The job includes all works related to insulation including removing of old one ,cleaning of surfaces etc( Make TWIGA/Rockwell/Owen corning).
