DURING OFF-SEASON 2024 & 2025 Repair & maintenance of complete Mill House from cane carrier to RBC including cane Unloaders with fabrication job etc. Un-skilled jobs of cleaning work of Cane carrier and Mill House starting from cane carrier to MBC, Juice tray cleaning and vibro screen etc then shifting of malba outside factory by tractor trolley excluding electrical and instrumentation works in association with our existing 1 No. Cane Un-loader Operator. ( 14 P. Skilled +4 S. Semi-Skilled )

Repair & maintenance of complete Centrifugal, Pan & Crystallizer Station i.e. all machines, hoppers, elevators, grader, bins, TVC, compressors, transient heaters, pug mills, magma mixers, all pans, all crystallizers and all related pumps excluding major Fabrication Jobs electrical and instrumentation works. (14 P. Skilled )

Repair & maintenance of 3 MW T.G set & Mill Turbine No.1 (Supervision by OEM will be scope in the factory). (2 P. Skilled + 3 S. Semi-Skilled)

Repair & Maintenance of complete Boiler station including un-skilled jobs of Internal & External cleaning for both boilers, wet scrubbers, Furnace cleaning, pits cleaning, shifting of all ashes from factory site to outside factory by tractor trolley excluding all major jobs like fabrication, re-tubing, new modification, Electrical and Instrumentation work in association with our existing1 No. Fireman & 3 No. Boiler Attd. Helper. (8P. Skilled + 2 S. Semi-Skilled )

Repair & Maintenance of complete Instrumentation work excluding AMCs. (9 P. Skilled)

Repair & maintenance of whole plant electrical section work in association with our existing 1 No. Electrician, 3 Nos. Helper, 01 No. wireman and 01 No. SBA. (8 P. Skilled + 1 S. Semi-Skilled)

To provide, 1 No. BOE, 1 No. Draftman, 01 No. AE(C), 1 No. AE (M), 1 No. Workshop Foreman/ Engineer, 1 No. B/H Foreman, 1 No. Black smith, 2 Nos. Fitter, 1 No. Machinist, 1No. Welder & 1 No. Head Khallasi. (12 Permanent)

B. DURING CRUSHING SEASON 2024-25 & 2025-26 Operation, Repair & Maintenance of Complete Mill house including Cane carrier, preparatory devices, cane unloaders (to provide three operators for shift duty in addition to 4 Nos. C.U.O from Mill staff along with repairs) and bagasse carriers works with fabrication jobs and un-skilled jobs like Cleaning jobs of Cane carrier and Mill House starting from cane carrier to MBC, Juice tray & cleaning and vibro screen cleaning etc then shifting of malba outside factory by tractor trolley excluding electrical & Instrumentation work in association with our existing 4 Nos. Cane Unloader Operator. (14 P. Skilled + 21 S.Semi-Skilled)

Repair & Maintenance of complete Centrifugal, Pans, Crystallizers station i.e. all c/f machines, hoppers, elevators, grader, bins, compressors, TVC, transient heaters, pug mills, magma mixers, all pans, all crystallizers and all related pumps excluding major Fabrication jobs Electrical and Instrumentation. (14 P. Skilled + 4 S. Semi Skilled)

Operation, Repair and Maintenance of 3 MW TG set and Mill turbine No.1. (Trouble sooting through OEM will be in scope of the factory) ( 2 P. Skilled + 7 S. Semi-Skilled)

Operation, Repair & Maintenance of complete Boiler station including Ash handling work, bagasse feeding works by workers and 02 Nos. tractors, furnace cleaning, wet scrubber operation as per CPCB & HSPCB guidelines with online data transmission of flue gas parameters and passing of samples of boiler flue gases by CPCB & HSPCB, pits cleaning, shifting of all ashes from factory site to outside factory etc in association with our existing 1 No. Fireman, 3 Nos. Boiler Attd. Helper, 1 No Waterman & 1 No. Boiler Water Analyst. (8 P. Skilled + 16 S. Semi-Skilled)

Operation, Repair & Maintenance of complete Instrumentation work of whole plant excluding AMCs. (9 P. Skilled)
