Item of Works

Dismantling existing stainless steel sink. Pan of all sizes including disposal of dismantled materialsall complete as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge- inside the existing lab

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.- inside the existing lab

Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks (Factory made) of size 30x20x15cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part I of 1979 for super structure above floor two level upto floor five level with thickness 15cm in : CM 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) etc complete- inside the existing lab

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Cleaning existing painted surface with wall sander machine to get a smooth and levelled surface as per the instruction of Engineer in charge

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : Water thinnable cement primer

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance , Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm Over priming coat.

Providing and laying vitrified wall tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on cement grout, jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm /more, ( minimum price of tile Rs 70/sqft)

Supply and installation of 6mm thick cement board with sufficient Gi channels supports etc complte as per the instructions from Engineer in charge- for closing all windows inside the existing lab

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone slab in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over granite adhesive and pointing with epoxy admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Polished Granite stone slab jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick marble stone counters, Vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Granite work

Resize/restructure existing lab table including granite top with supportive structure etc complete as per drawings and instructions from Engineer in charge. ( Note : if any damaged portion noticed while execution , it shall rectify with new one with the same. No additional cost will not applicable to this types of material and labour)( existing table -3m X 1.5 m to 2.7m X.60m size)

Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.12.5 mm thick square edge PVC Laminated Gypsum Tile of size 595x595 mm, made of Gypsum plasterboard, manufactured from natural gypsum as per IS 2095 part I and laminated with white 0.16mm thick fire retardant PVC film on the face side and 12micron metalized polyester on the back side with all edges sealed with the face side PVC film which goes around and wraps the edges and is bonded to the edges and the back side metalized polyester film so as to make the tile a completely sealed unit.

Providing and fixing aluminium framed cupboards with smart board panels ( with approved colour , design and pattern) including locks , hinges, etc complete as per the instructions from Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : For fixed portion : Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing glazing in door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/ sqm)

Providing and fixing 8mm thick both sides Pre-laminated cement bonded wood particle board of approved brand and shade with suitable full threaded steel screws etc. in partitions and doors etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing PVC pipes, floor trap with cover includings jointing of pipes with one step PVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of Joints complete in necessary as per direction of engineer in charge.(existing sink basin waste line ) including all fittings and connecting to the nearest manhole /chembar

Providing water connection with CPVC 20 mm dia pipe to the proposed sink area with multi out sink tap , connection pipes etc complete as per the Engineer in charge

Sdupply and installation of quartz lab sink (45 cmX45 cm /more ) ( with approved colour , shade and design )with epoxy filling on joints etc complete as pere the Engineer in charge

Supply and installation of Lights and sockets as per requirements ( ceiling mounded lights /LED tube lights-10 nos , Sockets - 6A-6 nos , 16A sockets- 4 nos, )with FRLS wire connecting to the nearest distribution board upto 10m distance)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and fixing plain multipurpose heavy duty cement board(Hight pressure steam cured) with suitable screws for flooring /messanaine etc. complete (frame work to be paid seperatately). 18mm thick heavy duty Cement fiber board

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Providing and fixing plain multipurpose heavy duty cement board(Hight pressure steam cured) with suitable screws for cement particle board in ceiling etc. complete (frame work to be paid seperatately). 8mm thick heavy duty Cement fiber board as per IS: 14862

Supply and instalation of UPVC rain water gutters of 150mm width with adequate supports , end cap , end drops etc complete as per the engineer in charge.

Cleaning existing paint surface with wall sander machine to get smooth and levelled surface

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : Water thinnable cement primer

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour asement/ casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy (white powder coated) casement handles, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Single / double glass panes and silicon sealant shall be paid separately). Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made. Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerancein dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable.-Casement window double panels with top fixed with S.S. friction hinges (350 x 19 x 1.9 mm) made of (small series) frame 47 x 50 mm, sash 47 x 68 mm & mullion 47 x 68 mm all having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension. ( Area of window upto 2.50 sqm).

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights with PVC panel ceiling tiles of approved brand ,texture, design and patterns , to be laid in sufficient aluminium frame/GI frme with cornish on all corners with adhesive etc complete . The workshall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directionsof the Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply and installation of STAINLESS STEEL double bowl lab sink with swan neck multiple out ( minimum 3 out ) taps etc complete as per the instructions from Engineer in Charge.
