10.2A Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatorysign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 801. (ii) 60 cm equilateral triangle

10.10 Kilometer stone -Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometer stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing etc. as per drawing and technical specification cause 1703. (ii) Ordinary Kilometer Stone (Precast).
(iii)200m Stone (Precast).
Providing and Fixing 'Logo' of CMGSY Project 10.16 Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS plates of 1.6mm thick, top and middle plate will be welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5mm x size on back on edge. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron 25mm x 5mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flate iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75mm of 12SWG sheet tube posts duly embedded in cement concrete M15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12SWG steel plate tube. All MS will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, bordes etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic emnamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted and two coats of epoxypaint as per specification clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1 i) PMGSY Logo Board @ 2.0 KM Interval.
16.38 Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35.The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specifications.
Road Markers/Road Stud with Lens Reflector 10.20 Providing and fixing of road stud 100 x 100 mm die cast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lense reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling holes 30 mm upto a depth of 600 mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar, all as per BS:873 (Part 4) 1973.
16.60 Planting of Trees and their Maintenance for three Year (Planting of trees by the road side (Avenue trees) in 0.60 m dia holes, 1 m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge mannure, planting the saplings, backfilling the trenches, watering, fixing the tree guatrd and maintaining the plants for three year.
