S&F for bands,straps, supports or stays for rainwater; ventilating pipes, including boldts, if required : hooks (stay), heavy for large gates; hook and pintle hings; large hasps and staples chain; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; rungs; hold fast; wall ties hooks forhanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde -E-165 complete.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping, bed plates etc. including necessary form work complete

M&L for cleaning/desilting of manholes and sewage line upto 150mm dia pipe by roding etc and subsequently bamboo spilt tied with rope through out the pipe from manhole to manhole and cleaning the pipe for easy flow of sewage including getting out soild/liquid materials from manholes of any size and any depth including flushing with fresh water after cleaning, taking up & refixing of manhole cover and removal of sewage out of MD land (Length of line will be measured including manholes) complete all as directed.

M&L for cleaning/desilting of manholes and sewage line exc. 150mm dia but not exc 200mm dia pipe by roding etc and subsequently bamboo spilt tied with rope through out the pipe from manhole to manhole and cleaning the pipe for easy flow of sewage including getting out soild/liquid materials from manholes of any size and any depth including flushing with fresh water after cleaning, taking up & refixing of manhole cover and removal of sewage out of MD land (Length of line will be measured including manholes) complete.

M&L for cleaning /desilting of manholes and sewage line exc . 200mm dia but n. exc 300mm dia pipe by using pumping ,jetting, removal of sludge by super sucker etc or by any means and subsequently cleaning the pipe from manhole to manhole for easy flow of sewage including getting out solid/liquid materials from manholes of any size any shape any depth ( depth ranging from 4.0 mtr to 6.00m) including flushing with fresh water after cleaning, taking land ( lenght of line will be measured including manholes) complete.

S&F in repairs salt-glazed stoneware gully traps of size 150 x 150 , square or round mouthed, type 'P' complete.

M&L for removal of gully trap covers, opening access door of CI Fittings and cleaning bend/ tee near gully trap and refixing the gully cover to its orignal position complete Note : Under this item daily complaints of WCs/ Kitchens/ Bathrooms including line bloking will be carried out.

M&L for opening cover, checking for atrocious gases, preparing necessary precautions, spreading ,bleaching powder, taking out excerata, sludge, night soil etc. from existing septic tank, sewage under ground sump / sock well any size any shape and any diaor any depth by pumping water / sludge with sutable pump or by any means (super sucker) and removal of sludge out side MD land burried underground up to minimum 30 cm below ground level including necessary excavation of pits and returning filling complete for scooping out from inside.

S&F in repairs precast reinforced cement concrete drain covers, factory made in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with and including reinforcement of 8mm dia TMT bars at 150mm C/C both ways and handles 2 Nos each cover made of 12 mm dia MS round bar, set in cement mortar 1:6 complete, thickness and sizes of covers shall be as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
