Provision of High Mast for Car park 1 and Car park 2 at Juhu Airport.

SH-I A: Supply of 12.5 mtrs High Mast and cables: Supply of 12.5M high mast shaft in two sections suitable for 44 m/sec wind speed (as per IS 875), with raising lowering system comprising, head frame, luminaries carriage suitable to install max. 16 nos luminaries of (high power LED power consumption max. 250 W of approved make and as per technical specification) in asymmetrical arrangement as per illumination design so as to achieve 22.0 lux level, double drum winch, 6mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector, integral power tool motor, manual handle, junction box, lightening finial. Wiring material, power cables between panel and mast, MCB in base compartment etc. complete as required.

Supply of integral LED aviation light comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure, min 302 nos.

Supply of 250 W (max) LED luminaries of narrow beam type LED flood light suitable for area lighting with a nominal system lumen output of 22000 lumens and a minimum system efficacy of 100 lumen/watt. with cool white temperature of approved make and as per technical specification).

Supply of outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar with 63A TPN MCB incomer, single dial time switch, 45A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 no 9 A contactors and raise lower push button, Incoming 95/50 sq. mm and out going 16 & 25 sq. mm terminals.

Supply of following size of PVC/XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, Aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade confirming to IS - 7098 PART- I /IS 1554 part 1 with up to date amended etc. complete as required. 4 C x 10 sq. mm

SH-I B: Supply of 20 mtrs High Mast and cables: Supply of 20M high mast shaft in two sections suitable for 44 m/sec wind speed (as per IS 875), with raising lowering system comprising, head frame, luminaries carriage suitable to install max. 16 nos luminaries of (high power LED power consumption max. 210 W of approved make and as per technical specification) in asymmetrical arrangement as per illumination design so as to achieve 22.0 lux level, double drum winch, 6mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector, integral power tool motor, manual handle, junction box, lightening finial. Wiring material, power cables between panel and mast, MCB in base compartment etc. complete as required.

SH-II A: Installation of 12.5 mtrs High Mast & Earthing: Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Construction of shallow foundation with M20 grade concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr with all materials and labour for 12.5 meter high mast with erection of 12.5 M high mast with the help of suitable tools and plants, wiring of luminaries with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 1.5 sq. mm, lugs, MCB and all labour including erection of 12.5 meter high mast with the help of suitable tools and plants, wiring of luminaries with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 1.5 sq. mm, lugs, MCB and all labour.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but without charcoal/ coke and salt) as required.

Installation of the mast feeder pillar by grouting the stand in concrete.

SH-II B: Installation of 20 mtrs High Mast & Earthing: Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

SH-III : Laying of cables, pipes, DB's & making end termination of cable: Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Up to 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. Not exceeding 35 sq. mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required. 4 C x 10 Sq. mm

Providing, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep) and re-filling etc. as required. 50 mm dia
