Miscellaneous MS structural repair works at SCP for a period of one year

Dismantling old/ damaged MS structural works such as roof cladding partitions, bracings, platforms, stairs, handrails etc of all sizes and shapes at all locations and elevations up to 10m from ground level, carefully lowering by standard methods, conveying the dismantled materials by hand, cart/ tempo van/ lorry and stacking the items category wise at places pointed out inside factory compound within a lead of 50m, including all labour charges, hire of tools, machineries, pipelines, cables, all safety measures such as safety net safety belt, helmet, goggles/ face shield, safety shoes, gloves, life line for hooking safety belt etc approved by engineer in charge and safety engineer including obtaining safety permit approval from concerned sections before starting the work on each day provided at contractors risk and cost and approval of TCC.

Fabricating, erecting, setting, bolting/ welding in position MS structurals with new MS angles, channels, plates, rods, ISMB sections, joists etc for roof works, inspection ladders, platforms, handrails, racks etc as per the instruction of engineer in charge including straightening, marking, cutting, drilling, welding, bolting etc all as per standard practices and scrapping thoroughly to remove dust, painting one coat of primer and finish paint of two coats of chlorinated rubber including all labour charges, hire for tools, welding sets, gas cutting equipments, derricks, tackles, pipelines, cables, all cost of consumables such as welding rods, cutting gas, all safety measures such as safety net safety belt, helmet, goggles/ face shield, safety shoes, gloves, life line for hooking safety belt etc approved by engineer in charge and safety engineer including obtaining safety permit approval from concerned sections before starting the work on each day provided at contractors risk and cost and approval of TCC. (MS section, MS bolts, nuts, washers and paint will be issued free of cost by TCC.)

Engaging labourers for executing miscellaneous items of works at all locations and elevations, including all benefits payable, hire for tools, all safety precautions etc provided at the risk and cost of contractor.
