SCHEDULE'A' PART I Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of independent portal structures (Comprising of 2 portals one on front and other on back of hangar) alongwith 20 Nos electrically and mechanically operated hangar doors of T-62 hangar with the following design criteria / specifications all as specified in particular specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge / GE complete. NOTES (a) Work shall be executed as per the drawings - CE (NW) Kochi Drg No. WD/S/HORZ/2023/07 DT 29/12/2023 sheet No. 1 to 13 and Detail of leaf for motorized hangar door for T 62 hangar of INAS 336 at INS Garuda Sheet 1&2 . Work shall be commenced from any one side of hanger opening initially and the second hangar door opening will be handed over on completion of the first hangar door opening.The Contractor shall plan his work accordingly
Item No 01 (Contd...) Payment to the portal structure along with gate and E/M works complete shall be made based on yardstick. The yardstick details shall be prepared by Engineer-in- Charge and tehnically checked by AGE(C) of GE office.The technically checked yardstick shall be submitted to CWE office for further technical ckeck by DCWE(C) and got approved by CWE.The yarstick shall be finalized well in time so that the payment of RAR is not heldup on this account. The 3rd RAR will be paid by the GE only after technical check and approval of yardstick. (b) (i) The following itmes shall be issued under Sch 'B' free for fixing . Hence the quoted rate shall not include the cost for the same. 1. Hanger leaves frame -20 Nos As per Drawing title- Detail of leaf for motorized hanger door for T 62 hanger of INAS 336 at INS Garuda Sheet 1 &2) copy attched. 2. Bottom Rail 50R (170 Rm) - 4392.58 Kg (ii) Remaining quantity of structural steel as per the Drg No.WD/S/HORZ/2023/07 DT 29/12/2023 sheet 1 to 13 shall be supplied and fixed by contractor and the cost of the same shall be included in the quoted rates.
Item No 1 (Contd) (c ) Any additional works required for completion and functionality of the hangar doors as per above stated drawings shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Contractor is required to check all the materials provided under Schedule 'B' store and to assess the additional work required,if any. (d) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of 12 Nos of three phase electric motor of minimum capacity 3 HP for efficient driving of the door with a speed of 7 to 10 meters/ minute including complete electrical system. Electrical operation of each door panel shall be carried out from a control panel mounted at the extreme end of the door opening. Provisions should be kept for manual operation during power failure by disengaging the gear box. Each door control panel shall be provided with a router sound and flashing light that shall start and continue to operate during the time door is in operation.
Item No 01 (Contd…) e) The entire steel structure provided under this work shall be painted with two coats of anticorrosive epoxy paint over a coat of epoxy primer after preparation of surface. (f) Any damage occuring to the existing struture / floor etc during execution shall be made good by the contractor using the same specification or superior specification to the satisfaction of Engineeer in charge / GE. (g) 20 Nos hangar leaf frames(issued under Sch'B'),the sides and roof of portal bay, the space in between existing hangar and portal frame etc shall be covered with 0.5mm thick galvalume Sheet as per the above stated drawings and directions. (h) The complete erection of Hangar Portal frame etc. shall be independent from existing structure which should be self supportive and does not transfer any hung loads or forces exerting to the existing hangar building struture. (j) The tenderer shall visit the site/ hangar for assessing the actual scope of work and to get acquainted with the existing hangar structure, existing top and bottom guide rail and automated sliding hangar door. The tenderer can visit the site after obtaining prior permission from Engineer-in Charge.
Item No 01 (Contd…) (k) The commissioning of the entire erection under this work shall be considered completed only after satisfactory operation/sliding of the hangar door/leafs till parking bay. (l) The quoted rate shall include carrying out maintenance and repairing of hangar during defect liability period of 02 years from the certified date of completion of work. (m) The operating manual of hangar doors duly signed by the contractor shall be submitted to Engr-in-Charge in 02 copies and 01 copy displayed at the site. (n) 2 numbers of 3 HP motor shall be fixed additionally ( as spare/ standby) at the location directed by the Enginner-in- Charge. (o) In case of deviations, the pricing shall be made based on SSR rate 2020 duly enhanced with 20 % for market variations/profit. No other claims on the deviation percentage mentioned above shall be entertained.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART II [PILE FOIUNDATION AND OTHER MISC AND E/M WORKS]
Boring for 500mm dia cast-in-situ undereamed piles with twin bulb to 13.30 M depth through any type of soil/strata by DMC method using bentonite slurry including removal of bored materials to places outside MoD land all as specified and as directed by Engr - in - Charge.
M&L for RMC M35 design mix as per IS-456 (with using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in underreamed piles,pile cap , grade beam and pedestal of any length/any section complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for CRS/HCRM/CRM of TMT bars in reinforcement 10mm dia and over including cut to length , bend to required shape , cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape as in pile,pile cap,plinth beam, pedestal,PQC & drain cover slab complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
M&L for CRS/HCRM/CRM of TMT bars 5mm dia and over and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders etc as in pile, plinth beam and pedestal cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
M & L for 300 mm thick Pavement quality concrete(PQC) with minimum flexural strength 45 kg/per square centimetre of concrete using minimum 400Kg/cum of cement with non circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, PQC laid, spread compacted with pin vibrator/screed vibrator and surface finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed
M & L for Polythene film 400 micron under Pavement quality concrete(PQC) all as specified and directed
M & L Forming Construction joint 300 mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound depth of 300 mm complete all as specified and directed
M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation,filling, mass concrete etc for pile cap and PQC complete all as specified and directed

S&F wire netting of stainless steel wire 1.4mm dia and 25mmx25mm mesh size fixed to interlocking Al alloy anodized snap grid consists of main tee runners of size 38mmx25mmx1.5mm spaced 1200mm centre to centre and cross tee of size 25mmx25mmx1.5mm 1200mm long spaced between the main tee at 600mm centre to centre to form a grid of 600mmx600mm and wall angle 25x25x2mm, Al alloy extruded section shall be Al anodized (min 15 micron) and shall conform to IS-733, IS-1285 and IS-737 including GI hangar 6mm dia(upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof by means of ceiling cleats made of GI flats 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fastners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified.
3mm EPU system : (a) Cleaning of surface free from dust dirt moisture & all foreign material from the floor. All floor is to be cleaned by means of scrubber. Acid ithching is done to the floor followed by alkaline wash & then it is cleaned by healthy water wash. Then the floor is cleaned by using the solvent/degreaser cleaner to remove all residues for floor cleaning all mechanized equipment are to be used like scrubbers sanders hot blowers vacum cleaners moisture test machine etc. (b) Providing and applying two component low viscous epoxy primer having a volumetric ratio of mixing of resin and hardener in equal volumes to provide a DFT of around 200 microns. (c) Providing and applying EPU ( epoxy polyurethene) based self levelling screed with polymer to aggregate ratio n exc 1:2:5 parts to the desired thickness of 2000 microns. The layer is de-aerated by spike roller to dislodge air pockets. (d) Providing and applying EPU based conductive self levelling top coat containing anti stats to yield a thickness of 800 microns. (e) Providing and applying two coats of Nitoflor FC 150 or equivalent ,solvent free epoxy resin coating to a width of 100 mm at a coverage of 5 sqm/litre as per manufacturers' specification Note :- (i)The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of all material required, tools and plants. (ii)The work shall be carried out as per company specification and under the supervision of authorised applicators. (iii) The contractor can incorporate chemicals / materials from any of E-in-C Br approved manufactureres with prior approval of GE.

Carrying out initial load tests on test piles of dia 500mm under reamed twin bulb piles as per standard procedure laid down in IS-2911(iv) 2013 including compressive strength including construction of test cap, dismantling the cap after the test and clearing the site and maintaining complete records of load settlements etc. as specified and directed by GE and submission of reports for 2.50 times the design load specifed in drawings in non-working areas in the vicinity complete all as specified and directed.
Carrying out routine load test on working pile as per standard procedure given in IS-2911 (Part IV)-1985 including removing the testing equipments from site after testing and submission of test reports complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
Conducting standard penetration test all as per IS-2131-1981 at levels and locations as directed for 500mm dia cast in situ bored underreamed piles all as specified and as directed.
Carrying out lateral load test on test pile of 500mm dia twin bulb under reamed pile as per std procedure laid down in IS 2911- Part (iv) 2013 including mobilizing and removing the testing equipments from the site after testing and submission of reports all as specified and directed by Engr –in-charge.
Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m deep & n.exc 1.5m wide or n. exc 10 sqm on plan, in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed
Excavation over area n exc 1.5m deep in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed
Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed
