Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors, kota stone, granite flooring, tiles flooring and paving's not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified & directed.

M&L plain cement concrete,1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channels or drains etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.(inner girth only measured)

M&L 50 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate laid in alternative bays area not exc 2 sqm each as in plinth protection laid to slope of 1 in 12 including finishing the surface even & fair & filling the joints (6 mm wide) with mastic filling i.e one part of bitumen 85/25 or VG-30 and 3 parts of sand by weight complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 35mm thick factory made 2nd class hard wood rail and style plain framed, panelled shutter with lock rail and panel of 9mm B.W.P commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and style as per IS:1003 (part 1) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick, 2nd class hard wood, factory made, glazed & skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass etc. Sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, Clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and directed.
