Dismantling wood work sectional area 40 square centimeters above in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters up to 10 metres span and 5 metres height including stacking the material within 50 metres lead :

Dismantling doors,windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shuter including chowkhats ,architrave ,holdfast etc, complete and stacking within 50 meters lead

Dismantling tile work in floors and dados laid in cement mortar including stacking materials within 50 meters lead : for thickness of tiles 10mm to 25 mm

Removing the all kinds of sanitary fittings like EWC, Urinals,Wash hand basins including stacking of items within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying plinth protection with 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 (1 cement, 3 coarse sand and 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75 mm thick brick ballast of 40 mm nominal size well rammed, consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth with additional cemet mortar 1:4 a floating coat of neat cement finish and filling the construction joints with sand and bitumen etc; complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

18 mm thick cement plastering on external surfaces of brick or concrete surfaces in two layers of 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement 3 fine sand ) top coat mixed with integral water proofing compound over a base coat 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand), finished sand face etc; complete at all levels and locations.

15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) on internal surfaces of walls finished smooth and even etc., complete at all levels and locations.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete,as per manufacturers specification,two or more coats over and including water thinnable cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Providing and applying cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Providing (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm) Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade and colour all as directed

Providing and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and shade over a coat of primer including preparation of surface and applying approved brand putty on following surfaces at all levels and locations etc complete.

Supplying and laying approved make and shade anti skid ceramic tile of thickness upto 6mm and size 300 x 300mm for flooring laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.30 kg/Sqm, including curing and pointings with white cement and matching pigment etc., Complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make in all colours shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.30kgs per sqm , including pointing in white cement with mixed pigment of matching shade complete

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor of 1200 x 600 mm sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with M.S hold fast/ lugs/ SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. Frame size 65 x 125 mm

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid separately)

Providing and fixing 2nd class teak wood 30 mm thick glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm thick float glass panes (weight not less than 10 kg per sqm) fixing with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws.

Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross-section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.

Providing and fixing 30 mm thick Fiber glass Reinforced Plastic (F.R.P.) flush door shutter in different plain and wood finish made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate all around, with suitable wooden blocks inside at required places for fixing of fittings and polyurethane foam (PUF)/Polystyrene foam to be used as filler material throughout the hollow panel, casted monolithically with testing parameters of F.R.P. laminate conforming to table - 3 of IS: 14856, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of sliding UPVC window with Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof SS wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) made of (small series) frame 92 x 44 mm & sash 32 x 60 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area of window upto 1.75 sqm).the colour of the profile shall be of natural (white ) colour. The profiles used for the outer frame, shutter and mullions shall be reinforced with 1.2mm galvanized iron steel. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, includingdrilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc.After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finishedwall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backerrod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed ventilators comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), , uPVC extruded glazing beads ofappropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Using R1 series with frame Height upto 0.90 m)

Designer TV Unit of size 1500 x 1950 x 400 made out of 19 mm thick commercial board and covered with 4 mm thick leak venner having two drawer ride on telescopic sliding channel, back with 6 mm thick commercial ply all edges covered with teak wood finish with melamine polish including of necessary hardware and fitting etc all complete.

Cupboard cum dressing unit of 600 mm deep with 4 Nos. Openable shutters, two vertical dividers and two shelves made out of 18 mm ply wood with 3.6 mm thick teak veneer, all exposed edges to have teak wood lipping with melamine polish and limination to internal surfaces etc; all complete as per directions of engineer-in-charge.
