Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level

12mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) incl. cariage of all material involved ccomplete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 2 mm thick

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer

Providing and fixing of U-PVC/casement/fix window in white colour, frame 60mm thick (min) x 90mm (min) with 1.5 mm Gl reinforcement sash 39mm (min) 58mm (min) with 1.25mm GI U section reinforcement with rubber gasket of grey/black colour 10 years warranty against weathering of profile with complete hardware fittings and with double air filled 5mm thick toughened glass and fiber jalli option pre-febricated on german fabrication system( mosquito sash 18mm(min) x 43mm(min) (with welled cornes) complete at site (for glazing/wire guage shutters).

Providing and fixing of U-PVC sliding/casement/fix doors in white colour, frame 60mm thick (min) x 45mm (min) with 1.5 mm Gl reinforcement sash 39mm (min) 58mm (min) with 1.25mm GI U section reinforcement with rubber gasket of grey/black colour 10 years warranty against weathering of profile with complete hardware fittings fixed with 12mm thick laminated board panels as per design and with 5mm toughened glass and fiber jalli option if pre-wars warranty against weathering of profile with complete hardware fittings fixed with 12mm thick febricated on german fabrication system( mosquito sash 18mm(min) x 43mm(min) (with welled cornes) complete at site including all fixtures.
