Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan and power socket etc) complete including fittings such as switches ceiling roses, pendent, regulators, sockets, MCB/ MCCB/ MCB DB/ earth plug and socket etc and making good matching to the existing colour to the disturbed surface all as specified and as directed.

All as per srl item no 02 here-in-before but 2.5 sqmm for 5/15 Amps socket on independent board all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in repairs ceiling rose 3 terminal/PVC/polycarbonate isolated body all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in repairs modular switch one way 6 Amps 1 module all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in repairs modular socket 6 Amps 2/3 pin 2 module all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in repairs modular socket 6 Amps/16 Amps 3 pin 2 module multipurpose, all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in repairs modular switch one way 16 Amps 1 way 1 module, all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in repairs modular bell puslh 6 Amps 1 way 1 module, all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in repairs Bell /buzzer ding dong AC 230 Volts single pole, all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in repair Fan step regulator, 120W - 2 module AC 230 Volts all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour sub main wiring using 2 runs of 6 Sq mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor 1100 Volts grade conforming to IS specification drawn through concealed/open conduit along with 1 run of 6 sq mm PVC insulated copper conductor FR cable as earth lead connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified including taking down the unserviceable wiring. Note : One run of PVC conduit, 2 runs of 6 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor and 1 run of 6 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable will be measured as one unit. Note:2 runs of wire,one run of conduit and one run of earth wire will be considered as one unit.

All as per srl item No 12 here-in-before but 1.5 sqmm FR PVC insulated copper conductor drawn through PVC conduit all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix SPN 16 way MCB DB double door 240 volts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply & fix in repair MCB SPN 32 A in existing DB all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix 2 Pole 32 Amps RCCBs FOR EARTH LEAKAGE PROTECTION complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in repair MCB SP 10A in existing DBl as specified and as directed .

Supply & fix in repair MCB SP 16A in existing DB as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge

Supply and fixing LED lights fitting 1x 20W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specifed and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED light fitting 2 feet, 10 watt 220 V AC decorative type with driver including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specifed and as directed.

Supply & fix LED light fitting 1x9W/1X10Wbulkhead luminaires including LED light driver holder connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size

Supply and fix LED building security light on the building outer wall 35/36 W IP 65 including all necessary item required like brakets, GI pipe of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in repairs Decorative wall light fitting (Globe type) made up of Polycarbonate, suitable for 9/12 W LED Lamp B22 base complete all as specififed and as directed.

Supply & fix in repairs LED lamp 9/12W B 22 suitable for wall light complete all as specififed and as directed.

Material and labour for Earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, washers of GI or steel all as shown in elect plate No 3 of SSR Pt I and connected earth test point all as specified and indicated incl testing etc complete, incl taking down existing earthing all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully old ceiling fan any sweep and size from the existing location and fixing that on same location after cleaning and provn of safety pin including greassing the bearing of fan to make well functional after rectify the all minor defects complete all as specifed and as directed.

Repair/replacement, installation & commission of indoor type, wall mounted ( with bolts and unts) meter cabinet of size 0.75x0.75x0.2mtr and made out of 2mm thick CRCA MS sheet with front door having glass window for viewing KWH meter and other door shall be opeque. All door should have neoprene rubber gasket and locking arrengements.The cabinet shall be painted both internally and externally with powder coated paint The cabinet shall be dust and vermin proof . The cabinet shall be comprising with following accessories including taking down existing unserviceable meter cabinet :- (a) Four pole MCCB, 63 Amps with breaking capacity of 16 KA having adustable thermal and fixed magnetic release. (b) Aluminum bus bar for 3-phase & neutral of current carying capacity of suitable size duly mounted on FRP/DMC insulators and necessary drilling for connection and of standard colour code. (c) Provision of space for fixing existing single phase KWH meters (05 Nos) each separate compartment. Proper colour code shall be maintained. (d) MCB SPN 32 Amps 10KA- 6 Nos ( 05 Nos for meters,01 for spare) (e) MCB SPN 10 Amps -02 (1 for security lights & Stair case & 01 for spare) (f) Two way bakelite connector with nut, bolts and washers suitable for connecting the outgoing wires in the cabinet-06 Nos. (g) Internal wiring of meters /MCB / Cable connector shall be carried out with suitable copper conductor unsheathed, multistranded, PVC insulated, 1100volts grade, single core cable of standard colour code for phase & neutral including necessary lugs/ nuts/ bolts /washers etc. (h) LED phase indicating lamps (RYB)
