Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft/ hard rock, chiselling in soft / hard including wedging out of a rock where blasting is prohibited and stacking the excavated earth up to all lifts, stacking the excavated soil up to all lead clear from the edge of excavation and then returniing the stacked soil in 15 centimeters layers when required in to plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and waterng and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

Providing and Fixing of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curring excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden batterns and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs.and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:- Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:1½:3 (1 Cement:1½ Sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :- Foundations,footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

Providing Mild steel /Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Steel work in built up section trusses and framed work including cutting chisling fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in grating, framed guards bars railing M.S. ladder including carriage of material complete in all respect as per direction and to be entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to all leads and lifts.

Painting Two coat (excluding priming coat) on steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint other then ready mixed paint) with brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter with enamel black paint complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing of drawing and design including capacity of soil complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.
