Supply and fixing bird proof net of co-polymer nylon monofilament, ultraviolet stabilized with apertute 20mm x 20mm, the thickness of filament is 0.80 mm, melting point 260 degree, tension force can resist 23.08 kgs fixed with SS hooks in hanger at any height including dismantling old existing destroyed unserviceable nylon deteriorated net at any height in ceiling including making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour for cutting out the existing joint, raking out sealing compound from existing expansion joints of dimension 25mm to 40mm wide and 25mm deep, removing the debris from site by sweeping the concrete surface with brooms, cleaning with compressed air, treating sides and bottom of the joints with primer as per manufacturer's directions and filled with preformed closed cell polyethylene backup rod/strip of 25/32 mm dia, sealing with pitch free polyurethane grey sealant (minimum depth of sealant above backup rod shall be 10 mm) and Material and labour for applying masking tape on edges of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after application of sealant complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.2 above but construction/dummy joints of dimension 20 to 25 mm wide and 25 mm deep Note for Srl item No.2 & 3 : Incase of any variation in width or depth of joint, the same is deemed to be included in quoted rates by the contractor as in Sch 'A'/BOQ items as above. The contractor shall not be entitled any extra claim on this account.

Cutting existing loose patches / spalled edges of concrete pavement in square / rectangular/ triangular shape to a depth not less than 25mm removing debris out side MD land sweeping the patches with broom, cleaning with compressed air and applying epoxy resin mortar (proportion as specified) incl necessary form work for sides of joints, sprinkle , a thin layer of dust free fine sand (QUARTZ SAND 10 No) and applying a coat on top of surface with epoxy resin primer @ 0.45 kg/Sqm and finally filling the joints with sealing compound complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for running welding in repairs, thickness of metal to be welded exceeding 6mm not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame glazed with putty including punching or drilling out old glazing pin/spring, clips and providing new ones and providing rough cast wired glass, 6.4mm thick and glazing with oil putty in square not ecxeeding 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of old unserviceable, rusted, broken (corrugated/semi corrugated, etc.) CGI/AC/ Fibre Glass sheets in ridge and roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing polycarbonate sheet of 3mm thick (ISI marked) having the following properties; excelent light transmission ranges from 80% to 90% and both side UV coated weight ranges from 850 gms to 900 gms fixing of sheets shall be accordance with manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs 1.00mm thick Plain, mild steel sheeting as in ridges, hips valley gutters, drip & straight flashing (length & girth as fixed), welded or soldered joints are provided complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note for item No. 8 to 12 :- Quoted rates shall deemed to be included for working in building/structure of any height.

Material and labour for oiling and greasing to top wheel and bottom wheel of each steel sliding hanger door shutter (each panel), cleaning with using standard thinner such as carbon tetra chloride/ Benzene and making smooth functioning to reduce the friction of door and make the door functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Quoted rates shall deemed to be included for working in building/structure of any height.

Demolition of PQC (unreinforced) of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for pavement quality concrete (PQC) (for load bearing) of thickness 300mm to 350mm , of flexural strength 45 Kg/ Sqcm in field as per design mix , as per IRC - 44 of 2017 including triangular/non circular synthetic polyster fibre reinforcement @ 0.25% by weight of cement including required form work complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note :- (i) Admixture is if required as per design mix shall be added. Cost of Admixture including dosage plant and labour for mixing shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) Polyester triangular fibres as secondary reinforcement mixed in concrete shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule. However, mixing shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate (the constant shall be apply based on design mix). (iii) Construction joints, dummy (construction joints and expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (iv) Deduction shall be made in PQC for quantity for expansion joints. (v) As per IRC provision minimum cement contents is 360 Kg /Cum. For the purpose of pricing this item, the cement content shall be considered as 400 Kg/Cum. Minus price adjustment shall be made in case of quantity of cement used is less than 400 kg per Cum. However No plus price adjustment shall be made to the quoted rate if excess quantity of cement is used beyond 400Kg/Cum. (vi) Before execution of this item design mix shall be approved by GE. (vii) The quoted rate shall deemed to be include the cost of cement mortar bunds for curing of PQC and no extra amount will be payble on this account. (viii) The cutting of joint will be done by using diamond cutter.

Supply only polyester triangular fibres 6/12mm long with circum circle diameter 30-35 micron, designed for melting point of 240-260 degree Celsius and having specific gravity of 1. 34 to 1.40 of approved manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for finishing surface of concrete pavements by brooming while concrete is green complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing demolised material outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 10mm thick layer of sand filling complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for high density polythene film (transparent colour) in single layer of 400 micron thickness of virgin quality (as per ASTMD 2103, IS-2508) laid with side and end overlapping not less than 300mm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
