Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work lift upto 1.50 mtrs. stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtr. Clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. The treatment plant includes Raw water tank, inlet chamber, inlet channel, pashall flumes. C/O pre-sedimentation tank, wash lime solution tanks , Alum solution tanks with Dozining arrangement, flash mixer, flocculator, rapip sand filters, pipe gallery and clear water tank gaseous chlorination system and plant building accomoating alum store, chemical handling and feeding room with safty measure, back wash pump cum air compressors room, pannel room, water testing laboratary and attandant room. The cost shall include office furniture also providing and fxing of lighting arrangenets complete in all respect. Providing and fixing all electrical/mechanical equipments , proper walk way for inspection/operation of various units , providing and setting up of all laboratory equipments etc as per the CPHEEO mannual appendix 15.90 ( cat -II) of 1999 addition shall be provided, Sizes of various units shall be based on manual of water supply and treatment published by CPHEEO. Design of various units shall confirm to relavent IS codes and specifications. All the water retaining structures shall be designed and constructed in RCC as per latest Code. ( The work of site development, protection walls/reataining walls and boundary wall shall be measured and paid separetely).( Ref data sheet Volume -I for further details)

Automation system & remote monitoring the tender/ Firm shall provide proposal for automation of all components of WTP and shall be automated in such a way that these are automatically operated at pre fixed hours.time or any other logic decided by the department and operated from main SCADA centre at WTP plant building. The entire autoamtion is to be carried out as the technical data sheets for electrical , instrumentation and automation attached in volume II Electromagentic flow meters of approved lakes shall be provided at storage reservoir outlets and its output in the shape of total quantum of water delivered in a hour dat and month shall be generated at main control station. GSM based devices shall be installed at tank location, which shall send massages through SCADA station at remote access location at WTP. This data tranmission system at tank consists of field instruments for providing digital and analog signals to data transfer module as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.( Ref data sheet Volume - I for further details).
