Supply & Fixing factory made new 4 wheel trolley suitable for mounting of 400 KVA Transformer, 01 Load break switch & 01 LT feeder pillar pneumatic type tire 7.50 R16 of make CEAT/MRF/MODI with tube including wheel disc, hub, axle and mechanical break system stop lever indicating suspension system (leaf spring type), facility of taking hook as per tractor trolley rotating assy system including all accessories such as toeing frame made out of ISMC 75X50mm, knuckle joint, spring eye hook and all frame to be assembled with front two wheels complete and approximate speed 20-30km/hr and trolley main framed by MS channel of size not less than ISMC 150x75 mm and bracing channel ISMC 100X50 mm and using steel chequered plates of min 4mm thickness including necessary welding and fabrication work including M&L for front & rear side standing Jacks with locking arrangement for capacity 5Ton all as specified. Also 90cm height top fencing of hollow MS pipe of section 40x40x4mm should be welded/fabricated alongwith weld mesh 25x25mm of 3mm thick around the trolley 4 sides including making door of size 1mtr x 90cm at rear side. The MS angle iron ladder made out of MS angle 50x50x5mm of length 3feet and to be welded at rear side of trolley & finally painting the entire steel structure with two coats of first quality synthetic enamel paint of shade / colour as ordered over a coat of zinc chromate primer(yellow) complete all as directed by Engineer-inCharge..

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of transformer step down HT 11KV/433V, trolley mounted Indoor type copper wound with necessary standard fitting of capacity 400KVA , three phase, 4 wire 50 cycles, oil immersed, naturally cooled with external cooling tubes, core type, delta connected on primary (HV) side in accordance with vector symbol DYN-11 (vector group-4) with neutral brought on secondary (LV) side & having tapping's in equal steps of 2.5% from (+/-)2.5% to (+/-) 5% on primary side by means of hand operated off load tap changing gear, so as to vary LT voltage on secondary side including provision of all necessary/ standard fittings all as per IS-1180:2014 with energy efficient level-2 complete as specified and directed and mainly comprising of : (a) One Cable box on HV side with one set of 11KV HT bushing with brass/gun metal bushing rods complete with nuts and washers. (b) One cable box on secondary (LV) side consisting of 4 Nos porcelain bushings with GM bushing rods complete with GM nuts and washers with one Nos cable gland suitable for reception of outgoing LT XLPE cable of 240 sqmm, 3.5 core. (c) Oil conservator with filter type, drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Silica gel dehydrating breather with first fill of silica gel. (e) Explosion vents. (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. (g) One No 100mm dia dial type thermometer vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree centigrade with temp reading pointer, max temp indicator and resetting devices. (h) Rating plate with terminal markings. (j) Two earthing terminals on tank/tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32 x 6mm GI earth strip.
