Taking down existing treatment of any description such as PCC padding, lime concrete, mud phuska etc. and any numbers of layers upto any thickness from roof including scraping and roughening old by picking, sweeping clean and washing down and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 12.5 mm nominal size coarse aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops,padding, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over RCC Roof mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed. (Note;- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)

M&L for cleaning of roof slab including picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt etc and Supply and fix APP polymeric water proofing membrane, minimum 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm, black finish reinforced with non-woven polyester matt, with a thermo fusable finish laid over cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384 @ of 0.40 Kg/Sqm torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75mm at the sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Coved fillets in PCC(1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, of radius 75mm shall be provided at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty/chimney/other vertical surfaces and thereafter surface painted with hot paving bitumen of Grade 30/40 confirming to IS-73, [email protected] Kg/Sqm over a coat of cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS:3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 45cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall of brick masonry and shall be finished by a membrane flushing. (iii) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators. (iv) In case of stone masonry parapet wall etc a groove of size 25mmx25mm (minimum) shall be made in coved fillet at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty Chimney/other vertical surfaces and polymeric membrane inserted in groove and sealed with paving bitumen. M&L for Cleaning and desilting the sewage well of dia 3 mtr to 7 mtr and depth up to 10.5 mtr de-watering the complete well, removing out the deposited sludge, soil & other material including bailing/pumping out muddy water from the well by manually or by providing pump sets from bottom level of well and cleaning and removing the sludge to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing etc. complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- The rate quoted by tenderer shall be deemed to be inclusive of equipments / all necessary arrangements required for cleaning of sewage well and supporting items.

Attending complaints to all kinds of sewage pump motors by qualified mechanic to check and test DOL/star-delta starter connections including settings of relay and timer, NO & NC contacts, main power connections, fixing of cable joints, fixing gland packing of approprate size to the pump motors, rectifying pump leakages by replacing flange, rubber packing and nut bolts of existing size and cleaning of pump motors to confirm the satisfactory running with renewal of following items. The cost of minor spares such as lugs of all size, wires, nut, bolts, washer, flanges, rubber packing, gland packing, cable joints etc are included in quoted rate by contractor complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Repair to defects after informing within 24 Hrs in case of failure noticed more than 24 Hrs recovery shall be effected @ Rs. 500 per Hrs beyond 24 Hrs.
