Repair to cracks(1mm-3mm wide) in existing rigid/flexible pavement of dispersal/ runway/ PTT by cleaning the cracks with hand brushes or water under pressure and drying with compressed air etc. filling in the cracks with epoxy mixture of araldite and hardener,araldite 02 (Two) parts and hardener 01 (one) parts,complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for, raking out existing joint sealant from Construction/ Dummy joints with using appropriate tools and mechanical means for joints of size 10-12 mm wide and 10 mm deep of sealant,including taking out compressible backer rod of dia 12-15 mm (Total depth 22-25 mm) from joints, cleaning the joints of side, bottom and removing the loose particle of sealant dust etc, with suitable tools and mechanical driven machine, drying the joints surface of moisture completely by means of mechanical driven air blower,applying one coat of primer and insert compressible cross linked polyurethane form back up rod, closed cell, medium density of appropriate dia as per site condition, putting in polyurethane joint sealant of approved make in joints as per manufacturer's instruction, removing masking tape after application of sealant joint and cleaning the surface,complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for, raking out existing joint sealant from expansion joints with using appropriate tools and mechanical means for joints of size 20-25 mm wide and 20 mm deep of sealant including taking out compressible backer rod of dia 25-30 mm (Total depth 45-50 mm) from joints, cleaning the joints of sides, bottom and removing the loose particles of sealant dust etc., with suitable tools and mechanical driven machine, drying the joints surface of moisture completely by means of mechanical driven air blower,applying one coat of primer and insert compressible cross linked polyurethane form back-up rod, closed cell, medium density of appropriate dia as per site condition, putting in polyurethane joint sealant of approved make in joints as per manufacturer's instruction and cleaning the surface,complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for,cutting out defective portion of existing rigid pavement for depth 25 mm to 50mm from top surface of slab by mechanical means/manually by chesiling, make regular shape and size,removing all debries to a distance exceeding 100 Metres but not exceeding 200 Metres form starting point, loose particle to be cleaned with mechanical air blower,applying a coat of primer uniformly on the horizontal and vertical faces with bristle brush,filling with epoxy resin mortar (1:5) one part of epoxy resin and five parts of Quartz sand as per manufacturer's instructions,on primed surface and finished by means of trowels and flats, finished true levelled with existing adjoining rigid pavement, complete all as specified and directed. .

Materials and Labour for,racking/cutting out defective portion of existing rigid pavement for depth not less than 25 mm from top surface of slab with the help of mechanical means/manually chiseling,making regular size,removing all debries to a distance exceeding 100 Metres but not 200 Metres from starting point,cleanining loose particles throughly the surface by means of air blower,applying a coat of primer uniformly on the horizontal and vertical faces with bristle brush as per manufacturer's instructions, pouring in pre-mixed elastomeric concrete (self levelling) on primed surface and finishing by means of trowels and flats,complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) The surface to be finished true levelled with existing adjoining rigid pavement. (ii) Mixing of materials for elastromeric concrete shall be strictly as per manufacturer's instructions.

Supply, Installation, testing and commisioning of Slim Type Edge Lit LED guidance sign boards having various sizes (as per ICAO standard) made of reinforced 3 mm thick andozed aluminium profile with minimum 1.5 mm thick aluminium back cover and signboard thickness not more than 50 mm.Signage fascia sheet shall be 4 mm thick, long life plycarbonate sheet and the letters & symbols made out from 3M/Avery film pased from inside with required colour code for mandatory/information guidance sign. The sign board driver shall have suitable solid state circuit and mechanism and shall be made to function on either of two circuits of Runway/Taxi Way,operated by CCR. Suitable arrangement shall be made for atleast IP 66 protection. Sign boards shall be uniformly internally illuminated with atleast IP 66 grade LEDs and 4 mm thick light guide panels (LPG) to achieve required even illumination level,operated on input sources of 2.8 Amps to 6.6 Amps constant current or 230 V AC supply. The sign board shall have its supporting frangible legs, base plate etc,complete as per latest ICAO/FAA requirements and specifications. The sign board shall be installed by providing cement concrete foundation blocks of size 400 mm (L) x 400 mm (W) x 500 mm (D) in plain cement concrete (1:2:4) Type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate for each of the mounting legs with provision of galvanised steel anchor bolts, nuts,washers, frame etc and a total base platform of 150 mm thick which extends all around the board to a distance of 150 mm (front, back and both sides). The concrete base and leg foundation shall be on the same level i.e. 20-25 mm above the ground level, complete all as specified and as directed. [Manufacturer:- M/s YPR Engineering Solutions Pvt. Materials and Labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of rigid/flexible pavement (concrete or asphaltic) of runway,taxi track,links etc.,in areas exceeding 2000 Sq M and painting with one coat of water based acrylic paint (white) as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of rigid/flexible pavement (concrete or asphaltic) of runway,taxi track,links etc., painting lines, dashes, arrows, figures, letters,etc. on roads pavements and the like not exceeding 10cm wide with one coat of water based acrylic paint (black) as per manufacturer's instructions,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of rigid/flexible pavement (concrete or asphaltic) of runway,taxi track,links etc., painting lines, dashes, arrows, figures, letters,etc. on roads pavements and the like not exceeding 10cm wide with one coat of water based acrylic paint (orange) as per manufacturer's instructions,complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (Applicable for BOQ Serial Item No. 7,8,9 & 10) (i) The work shall be carried out through experienced & qualified agency(s). (ii) 1 or 2-gun airless line striping machine shall be deployed for painting works. (iii) Machineries deployed shall be got approved by GE in writing before execution. (iv) Preparation of surface and painting of the existing runway painthig shall be done carefully and the Debris to be removed simultaneously leaving No FOD so as to ensure that the Runway is available for operation immediately.
