Construction of earth mat as per earth mat layout plan at Manirtat 33/11 KV Substation under Joynagar Division.

Earthing by G.I earth Strips with grouting of perforated G.I. pipe 3 mtr. long (I/D 40 mm) along with making of treated earth pit (500 mm x 500 mm x 500 mm) and filling the pit with alternative layer of salt , finely broken charcoal etc. as per instruction of the Site Engineer with supply of all materials

Laying of G.I Earth strips (65x6 mm) including cold bending to shape as required after excavation of soil up to 0.6 M m below from the G.L. for trench and back filling the trench. Running welding should be minimum 4" lapping. Electrode for welding should be approved by the Site Engineer. After welding all skill should be removed and painted with red lead & aluminium paints one after another & finely coated with Bitumen with supply of G.I. Flat 65x6 and all other required materials

Earthing of different equipment and structure of 33/11 kv Sub-Station with G.I. Flat 65x6 mm by raising the strip from earth mat / pit. Running welding should be minimum 4" lapping. Electrode for welding should be approved by the Site Engineer. After welding all skill should be removed and painted with red lead & aluminium paints one after another & finely coated with Bitumen with supply of G.I. Flat 65x6 and all other required materials
