RequiredThe bidder must be original manufacturer or authorized dealer of reputed standard firm only. Registration certificate for manufacturing in case of manufacturer and Authorized dealer must furnish authorization letter from original manufacturer and the same must be uploaded along with the offer.
RequiredThe Bidder should have an experience of supplying the same/similar material to AP/TGGENCO/NTPC or any other power stations/sub-stations/any PSU and shall furnish the documentary evidence such as performance certificates/PO copies of the same/similar material in support of qualifying requirements failing which offers are liable for rejection
RequiredBidder should have valid GST registration and PAN card copy
RequiredBidder should submit 6 or 8-digit HSN Code
RequiredBidder should submit Acceptance of all schedules duly filled and with signature and stamp
RequiredBidder should submit detailed technical specifications with catalogue if any
RequiredBidder must visit site before bid submission for submitting the bid as per field requirements and for detailed specifications of existing setup. (Necessary document proof must be submitted).
RequiredBidder shall confirm the scope of work is including Supply, Installation and commissioning
RequiredBidder should submit necessary Drawings, Manufacturing Quality Plan (MQP) & Field Quality Plan(FQP) along with bid and also if found L1 should get approval of MQP & FQP in TGGENCO format and get approved from competent authority before manufacturing
RequiredBidder shall provide acceptance for pre-dispatch inspection of material offered with all the charges concerning to factory test and conveyance from the site and accommodation to TGGENCO Engineers to your account only
RequiredThe Bidder shall provide warranty for the material for a period of 12 months from the date of commissioning or 18 months from date of supply of materials
RequiredPayment terms: 100% payment will be made within 30 days after receipt, successful testing, commissioning of equipment
RequiredBidders who are technically suitable as per tender specification will only be considered.
OptionalResponsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the online bid lies with bidder. If any information furnished in the bid is proved to be false at a later date, the bid will not only be rejected but the bidder will be BLACKLISTED.
