Note :- Rough cast finish to be as below :- After applying the under coat of cement mortar 1:3 and while it is still in plastic state the roughcast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (which is generallly of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1:1:1 shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregate are thoroughly covered.

Dismantling Asbestos corrugated & Semicorrugated etc sheetin in roof covering of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified.

S&F in repair 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked bolts and washer in roof and wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 15mm thick rendering on roof surfaces in cement mortar (1 : 4) using with WPC finishes the surface even and fair without using extra cement Note :- Water proofing compound shall be paid separately complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of surfaces for applying bituminous primer (conforming to IS-3384-1965) @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying a tack coat of Industrial bitumen grade of 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per Sqm including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (1st coat for bonding material below membrane and 2nd coat on top of membrane. Each coat will be paid seperately.)

M&L for 3mm thick APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and directed. Note: Application of APP membrane must be done by authorised applicator of membrane manufacturer.

M&L for applying two coats of bitumen based aluminium painting on water proofing treatment with preparation of surface as on non assesible area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for clearing away all grass, cleaninig/brooming to terrace floor, vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, digging out roots, filling holes and levelling ground, and removing rubbish outside the MoD periphery of the area under clearance upto a distance of 10KM complete all as specified and directed. Notes :-(a) The cleaning of grass/vegitable/brushed growing to be cleaned upto 7 (Seven) storey and making good with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 and finishing the surface to match the exisitng surface complete all as spceified and directed. (b) Rate also includes necessary scaffolding, tools & plants to carry out the job upto a height G+7 floor. (c) Each boundary shall be measured as each job.

M&L for repairing of spalled concrete from RCC surfaces (such as ceiling, beams, coloumns, parapets, chajjas etc) in the following stage :- (a) Preparation of existing surfaces like chipping of unsound weak/loose concrete with electric hammer or manually including tapping all edges, making square shoulder of cavities etc not exceeding 50mm thickness, including removal of cebrises complete all as specified and directed. (b) Applying rust remover cum passivators Sika rust off 100@ 0.20 Kg/Sqm in each coat as per manufacturer instructions to remove rust from existing reinforcement (Make :- Sika/Fosroc/Asian Paint). (c) Applying a epoxy base Zinc rich rebar corrison protection system of product Frianzic(R) @ 0.15kg/Sqm in each coat as per manufacturer instruction. (d) Mixing and applying two components epoxy resin concrete bonding coat of Sikadur R&B-42 @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm (Mixing Proporation as per manufacturers instruction) including preparation of surfaces by chipping and thoroughly cleaning of surfaces complete wherever required over new reinforcement (if required) and as directed. (Make : Sila/Fosroc/Asian Paint) Applying two layers of guniting over steel welded mesh 2mm dia of wire and aderture 75mm total thickness of guniting not exceeding 40mm (Avg thickness) in CM 1:2 using OPC 53 grade cement mixing with polycerate mixture 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instruction. (e) Applying a prebached one component polymer modified cementious patch repair morter not exceeding 50mm in layers of 15mm thick each product Sika mono Top @ F as per manufacturer instruction to match the existing surfaces as in sides and soffits etc of slabs, chajjas, fins, facias, parapets, lintels, colum and beams etc complete including necessary scaffolding, shuttering, necessary chases to brick work or RCC membrance at any height upto G+6 storey buildings including removal of all small tress/shurbs etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate also includes necessary scaffolding to carry out work upto a height G+6 floor.

Taking down and adjusting / repairing of steel window shutters for fair opening/closing including greasing, welding and adjustment of projecting type friction hinges in any position to make fully functioning and refixing in same position including making good the distrubed surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Steel rolling shutters, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, an?choring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer;erected in position as indi?cated, complete: push pull or manual type lath thickness 1.25mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair solid PVC wall lining/panelling consisting of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site over and including PVC frame as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Collapsible steel gates, top hung, consisting for channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc., as specified, erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets including taking old collapsible door ,complete all as specified and directed
