Dismantling and removing old tiled flooring including removing the base coarse and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50m. lead.

Earth work excavation by manual means in hard soil or gravelly soil in foundation trenches or drains with in 50m. initial lead and 1.5m. initial lift including dressing of sides and breaking clods maximun 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m. in depth and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation, trenches and plinth with river sand, well watered and compacted in layers with top surface dressed and leveled to proper gradient including cost of all labours, materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, all taxes and royalties, sundries and T&P etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge

Providing and laying of Cement Concrete of grade 1: 4 :8 with 40 mm hard granite crusher broken metal , mixing in concrete mixer ,lowering and compacting in proper thickness , watering & curing for the required period including cost of all labours, materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, all taxes and royalties, sundries and T&P etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge.

P/L at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of E-I-C (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment) . (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by E-I-C.

Supplying and fixing of 60mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by block macking machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc. complete in all respect confirming to IRC SP-63-2018

Labour Charge for removing the depressed portion of paver block and refixing the old paver block including 50mm thick sand rammed & well watered including cost of labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete.

16mm thick C.P. in c.m. (1:6) over brick masonery to the rough surface including watering, curing, cost, carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete

Providing and fixing 20 mm thick Granite stone mirror polished premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 25 mm thick base cement mortar 1:1 with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding & polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete to all levels. (a) Polished granite stone slab of Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles (20 cmx30 cm/20 cmx20 cm , special plain/ printed series of premium grade having thickness 6.5mm to 6.7mm conforming to IS: 13753, of approved make, in all colours,, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Finishing Wall surface with acrylic wall putty of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials, taxes, labour, T&P. etc. complete

Wall painting two coats with weather coat paint of approved shade on new work over a coat of water bound cement primer to give an even shade including cost of paint, labour, scaffolding etc complete

Painting two coats with any approved synthetic enamel paint including a coat of Red oxide primer to give an even shade.

Washing and cleaning plastic paint/ cement paint/ distempered walls including cost of painting sponge

Scrapping old paint with scrapers and preparing and washing with soap water or soda including scaffolding charges upto 5m height

Disposal of excavated earth/building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, upto 5 k.m. initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Supplying of M.S.door, window with grill, grills, M.S.Gates, collapsible gates made out of M.S.Angle frame, M.S.flat, sheet etc of approved section and design, electrically welded properly with all necessary locking arrangement including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, carriage of materials to site etc. complete.
