Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs not exceeding 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 20cm wide rough finished, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for RCC (Nominal Mix type B-1, 1:2:4 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for Precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in manhole cover slabs, of any thickness, size or shape including necessary form work, set and jointed in cement mortar (1:4) , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for Hard-core of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for cement concrete 100mm thick, type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in floor as in sub base for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for M-40 grade 80mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete un-reinforced in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thick (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour for Providing and Laying Dry lean Concrete (DLC) 150mm thick of aggregate gradation as per Table-1 of SP 49:2014 having 7 day average compressive strength not less than 7 MPa Minimum cement content not less than 140 Kg/Cum. DLC mixed in Batching Plant, transported to site and laid by electronic sensor paver including spreading and compacting usign high amplitude tamping bars of paver (initial compaction) further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100 KN static weight to achieve minimum dry density not less than 98% of maximum Dry Density, necessary finishing etc complete all as specified and tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications Road and Bridge work 2013, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for 10mm thick sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual, organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over DLC layer as specified and directed. (No additionaI amount to be paid for overlap), Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) water proof, wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390 gm/Sqm over tack coat/sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and at transverse joints as minimum 300mm, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 45Kg/ Sqcm or 4 .5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense, non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 415 kg/cum of cement with non -circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1 .39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240 °C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7 .50 Metre width, including curing and tining by Texturing cum Curing Machine. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause - 10. 1. 14 and Table~ 9 of IRC' 15-2017, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Forming 25mm width expansion joint in concrete slab for full depth of PQC. Early entry saw and subsequent cutting by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size. straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris. The join then filled with pre-molded 25mm thick compressible polyethylene closed cell type filler board as specified thereafter application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 30mm dia, over filler board and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS 5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of+/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacture, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Forming dummy/contraction joint with an initial saw cut of 3mm soon after the concrete has set, upto a depth of 1/3rd to 1 /4th the thickness of the slab widening the first saw cut to 6mm and 24mm deep by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size straight and smooth edges Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil vegetation and other debris. Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 8mm dia application of bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS 521, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) OF +/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only polyester triangular fibres as secondary reinforcement in all types of concrete and mortars, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation over area in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.50 Metre depth and getting out, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for Providing Plain Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete PCC in foundation, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Formwork to face of wall, Retaining wall and similar work including attached pillasters buttress etc vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; rough finished flat surfaces not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for RCC type B-1 (1:2:4) 20mm graded aggregate in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165, portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for preparation surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described two coat synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Rendering 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for 3mm thick wall care putty in layers and making even and smooth of wall surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment by washing down and smoothing old/new walls surfaces including scrapping and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer as per manufacture instruction with smooth roller finish, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: - after painting, cleaning of all floors, glass & furniture by own arrangement).

Formwork to rough finished flat sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including Supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Providing cement concrete type B-1, 1 : 2 : 4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for 12mm thick toughened one way sheet glass exceeding 0.50 sqm in each pane in required sizes, secured in aluminium frame with rubber gasket, joined / sealed with silicon, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
