Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Fire Pump, Electrically Driven, Coupled with TEFC, 75 KW / 100 HP, 2970 RPM Motor, Horizontal Split Casing, Centrifugal type conforming to IS – 12469 with CI Casing, Bronze Impeller and Stainless Steel Shaft mounted on heavy duty bearings Suitable for continuous operation with Range of Operation 0 % to 150 % of rated capacity, suitable for operation 440 Volts, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, AC Supply, 2850 LPM discharge at 85 metres Head, with pressure of 3.5 KG / Sq.cm including PCC 1:2:4, Type B1, using 20mm graded aggregate as in Foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Fire Pump, Diesel Engine Driven, of 112 HP Capacity, Horizontal Split Casing, Centrifugal type conforming to IS – 12469 with CI Casing, Bronze Impeller and Stainless Steel Shaft mounted on heavy duty bearings Suitable for continuous operation with Range of Operation 0 % to 150 % of rated capacity, for 440 Volts, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, AC Supply, 2850 LPM discharge at 90 metres Head, with pressure of 3.5 KG / Sq.cm including 2 Nos of 12 Volts, 180 AH Batteries and including PCC 1:2:4, Type B1, using 20mm graded aggregate as in Foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Jockey Pump, Horizontal End Suction, Centrifugal type Conforming to IS – 12469 with CI Casing, Bronze Impeller and Stainless Steel Shaft mounted on heavy duty bearings suitable for automatic operation with non–overloading power characteristics for frequent Start/ Stop operations suitable for operating on 440 Volts, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, AC Supply, 300 LPM Discharge at 85 metres Head complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep in Soft / Loose soil for laying Cables / Pipes etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying MS ERW Pipe, 150 mm bore, Heavy Grade , conforming to IS – 1239 including all fittings as in Riser and Sprinkler or laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings with flanged/ welded joints including testing and taking down existing MS Pipe of any description and in any position complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The external surfaces of pipes shall be painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Zinc chrome primer on exposed surfaces and the external surfaces of pipes hidden under ground shall be treated with a coat of corrosion resistant bituminous paint and the rate quoted shall be deemed to include for this provision also.

Supplying and laying 150mm bore Ductile Iron Pressure Pipes, Centrifugally Cast [Spun], Class “K-9” with Double Flanged ends [Screwed] confirming to IS – 8329 with inside Cement Motor Lining and Black Bitumen External coating in standard lengths suitable for jointing with Flat Rubber Gasket [SBR or EPDM] conforming to IS – 638, Nuts & Bolts including necessary DI specials such as bends [any type, radius and angle], tapers any type [straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc], sockets, tail pieces, connecting pipes, tee pieces, single branch, “Y” junction, double branch, cross, collars, caps and plugs, adopters etc as required, including taking down existing unsv pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting Bituminous Road / Hardstanding etc. as required for Jointing / Laying Cables and Pipeline of width not exceeding 300mm and depth not exceeding 200mm and refilling after laying and making good with PCC 1:2:4, Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 150mm thick and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 500m complete all as specified and as directed.complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brick / Stone Masonry built in Cement Mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Construction of Valve Chamber of size 900 X 900 X 900 mm internal size suitable for Sluice Valve, with PCC 1:4:8, Type D2, using 40mm graded aggregate for foundation, 200 mm thick Brickwork with Fly Ash Bricks in Cement Mortar 1:6, 40 mm thick PCC, 1:2:4, Type B1, using 20mm graded aggregate Coping, rendering in CM 1:4, 15 mm thick including demolition of existing valve chamber, necessary earth work excavation in any type of soil etc., removal of surplus soil off the premises complete all as specified and shown on drawing CEDD / TD / 119, Sheet No. 1 / 1 dated 20 August 1983, revised up to 21 September 1992.

S & F in repairs Factory made FRP Composite Tank / Chamber Cover of size 900 X 900mm made with standard designs conforming to IS: 1726-1991, having load bearing of 2.5 Ton including frame complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for One coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted steel surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth incuding necessary preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
