OD236216/2024-2025:Providing Aluminium composite panel cladding with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portion sof the building, for small heights and all levels etc including:provoding,fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metallic colour of approved shades made of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two aluminium sheets(each 0.5 mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet should be coil coated,with kynar 500based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc.Base frame work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant aluminium item.s The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete , as per the architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-inCharge. 12.47.1:Providing & fixing UV stabilised fibre glass reinforced plastic sheet rooting up to any pitch, including fixing with polymer coated 'J' or 'L' hooks, bolts & nuts 8 mm dia G.I plain/ bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc. The sheets shall be manufactured out of 2400 TEX panel rovings incorporating minimum 0.3% ultra-violet stabiliser in resin system under approxirnately 2400 psi and hot cured. They shall be of uniform pigmentation and thickness without air pockets and shall conform to IS 10192 and IS 12866. The sheets shall be opaque or translucent, clear or pigmented, textured or smooth as specified.2 mm thick corrugate 2.5"or 4.2" or 6") or step-down (2' or 3" or 6") as specified.
