Note:- Application of paint, primer and wall care putty shall be as per manufacturer's instruction.

Demolition of brick work / PCC block masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, exceeding 10cm in width and setting in mortar in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

Material and labour for preparation new plastered internal surfaces and applying two coats of Interior Emulsion (Asian Rayale interior emulsion or equivalent makes specified in list of manufacturers) over a coat of primer and 3mm thick wall care putty in three layers complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge. Supply and fix 0.56mm thick Plain, Aluminium sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) including dismantling of old sheet not exc 4 Kg/sqm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

Supply, Providing and fixing suspended false ceiling consisiting of 8mm thick calcium silicate seamless board suspended on GI frame work with staggered joints, GI frame work to consist GI perimeter channel 25mm x20mm of 22 gauge along perimeter of false ceiling. Channel section of 50x25mm of 22 gauge and at 300mm C/C throughout one way fixed with Screw/nut bolt and other direction 40 x 15mm x 22 gauge channel provided for interlocking with GI cleat and expansion fasteners including hangers 6mm dia G.I. fixed to roof truss, Boards are to be joined and finished so as to have a flush look which includes finishing the tapered and square edges of the gypsum board with joining compound paper tape and two coat plasting emulsion paint over one coats of primer & one layer putty 3mm thick in three layers suitable for calcium cilicate board. Material and labour for removable raised/false access flooring with system and its components of approved make for different plenum height with possible height adjustment upto 50mm, comprising of modular load bearing floor panels supported on GI rectangular stinger frame work and GI pedestals etc complete as specified and directed consisting of: (a) Providing at required spacing to form modular framework,pedestals made out of GI tube of thickness minimum 2mm and dia 22mm, fully welded to GI base plate of size 100mmx100mmx2.5mm at the bottom of pedestal tube,GI Pedestal head of size 75x75x3.5mm welded with GI fully threaded stud 16mm outer diameter with two GI check nuts screwed on the stud for level adjustment upto 50mm, locking and stabilising the pedestal head is position at the required level.The pedestals shall be fixed to the subfloor(base) through base plate using necessary screws,fastners,epoxy based adhesives of approved make or the machine screw with rawl plug.

(b) Stringers system in all steel construction hot dipped galvanised of rectangular size 21mmx30mmx0.80mm thick having holes at both ends for securing the stringers on to the pedestal head using full threaded screws ensuring maximum lateral stability in all directions,th egrid formed by the pedestal and stringer assembly shall receive the floor panel, this system shall provide adequate solid,rigid support for access floor panel, the system shall provide a minimum clear uninterrupted clearance between the bottom of the floor for electrical conduits and wiring etc,all as specified and as directed

(c) Providing and fixing access floor panel of 600x600x35mm filled steel cementatious core panel with antistatic high pressure lamination of 2000H grade (FS 2000H).Access floor panel shall be steel welded construction with an enclosed bottom pan with uniform pattern of 64 hemispherical cones.The top and bottom plates of steel gauges : top 0.60mm and bottom 0.70mm fused spot welded together(minimum 64 welds in each dome and 20 welds along each flange).The panel should be corrosion resist epoxy coated and cavity formed by the top and bottom plate is filled with noncombustiable portland cementatious core mixed with lightweight foaming compound.The access floor shall be factory finished with Antistatic high pressure laminate with non warp technology upto 1mm thickness for superior adhesion and surface flatness within 0.75mm.The panel is to withstand a concentrated load of 8.50KN without collapse in the centre of panel. The panel is to withstand uniformly distributed load(UDL) minimum 26KN/m2 and an impact load of 100Kg all complete as per approved manufactures specification and direction.All specification must be printed on the side of the panel to ensure the quality of the product.450mm finished floor height

AIRCONDITIONING :Design,Supply, install, test & commissioning of Micro-processor controlled water-cooled scroll chiller type air conditioning plant of minimum capacity (2 X 40 TR) 80 TR running capacity + 40 TR stand by suitable for complete operation with Eco friendly refrigerant or any non - CFC/non - HCFC based refrigerant with all equipments and accessories complete for NIAT bldg Naval Base Kochi,to maintain all time the inside required condition of temperature 22 + 2 degree C and relative humidity 50 + 10% at maintenance class room-1, maintenance class room -2, Instructor office, site manager office, storage area room. Inside resign condition of temperature 20+ 2 degree C and relative humidity 50 + 10% at VPT room and server room. Technical parameters as per relevent IS and comprises of followings as specified and directed by Enginieer in Charge .Make:-Blue star /Carrier/Trane/Daiken

Item No 121 Contd. Note ( i )The inside design condition shall be acheived by simultaneous operation of AC Plant and dehumidifier catered item No 144, 145 & 146 below. (ii) Before commencement of work,the contractor shall obtain design details from OEM and submit the same for the approval of Accepting officer,duly supported with all relevent specifications of each components of AC plant,line diagram,Duct dimensions and guage details with insulation method including duct layout plan & heat load calculation etc. (iii) The tenderer should visit the site and work out heat load based on the building Plan, structural specifications, outside/inside parameters equipment load (in consultaion with users) and design parameters ( as given in the tender), The plant capacity shall be increased if required to achieve the above condition without any extra cost, for smooth operation.

Item No 121 contd/.. iv) The tenderer shall be responsible for the plant to achieve the design conditions on any day of the year irrespective of the full load capacity given in the schedule, and technical parameters which are given on not less than basis. (v) The AC plant and other accessories shall be commissioned by the original OEM. vi) The configuration of plant capacity shall be based on manufactures design but it shall be of 2 units each capable of meeting 50% of full load capacity so as to meet the full load working together at a time and an additional 1 unit running with 50 % of full load capacity as standby independently (i.e 2 units working + 1 unit standby). vii) The contractor shall submit a certificate from the OEM confirming that the entire AC plant work shall be got installed through them/ their accredited agencies duly incorporateing their recommended make. viii) The A/C plant and AHUs will be housed in the existing space/room at NIAT Building. The tenderer should visit the site and check the site conditions before quoting the tender so as to incorporate any changes needed to install the plant in the location and rate quoted shall be included in the quote. (ix) First charge of refrigerant,compressor oil,lubricants etc and maintaining it at desired level even when leakage occurs during defect liability period is deemed to be the responsibility of the tenderer. (x)Contractor has to conclude AMC for comprehensive maintenance of all the plants/equipment for 2 years from date of completion with the OEM//Authorized service cener of OEM. The AMC for comprehensive maintenance shall be in the name of GE(NS) Kochi and rate for the same shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted for each item and nothing extra shall be paid seperately for AMC. Contractor shall submit the AMC agreement along with completion letter and completion will not be issued if the same is not produced.

Sl. Item No. 121Contd/.. (A) Two units each capable of meeting 50% of full load capacity so as to meet the full load working together at a time and an additional 1 unit running with 50 % of full load capacity as standby independently (i.e 2 units working + 1 unit standby) and each comprising of following :- (i) Multi Scroll compressor with combination of Inverter & Fixed Speed Compressors, Water cooled scroll chiller with Shell & Tube Condenser & Evaporator along with independent refrigeration circuits including all accessories like Microprocessor Advanced controller, Thermostatic Expansion Valves Mounted on a single skid as per OEM Specifications. The rate shall include RCC foundation for mounting, vibration isolators, Nults, Bolts and all necessories accessories as per OEM Recommendation. The COP Of the Chiller shall be more than 4.1 COP @ 100% Load & IPLV shall be more than 6 COP @ AHRI Conditions. The rate shall also include control Panel, Power cables, Communication cables, gas charging with ECo friendly refrigerent (iii) One set shell and tube water cooled scroll chiller units suitably insulated having shell and plain copper tubes all as specified and as pe rmanufacturer’s design.

(iv) One No. MS stand of suitable size and shape fabricated out of channel and angle iron of suitable size duly painted with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer for mounting compressor, motor, condenser, chiller and control panels etc of above specification. (v) One set of anti vibration mounting pads of thickness not less than 25 mm and suitable foundation as per manufacturer’s instruction including necessary foundation, bolts & nuts etc. (vi) Refrigerant piping complete with all required fittings and accessories such as thermosetting expansion valve , refrigerant drier with isolating valves, pilot operated solenoid valves etc. with necessary bracket and support to interconnect compressor, chiller, condenser and expansion valves including insulation of suction lines and chiller lines with fire resistant insulating material of adequate thickness all as per manufacturer’s specifications

(ix) One set of water flow switch in condenser and chiller water line at inlet and outlet . (x) First charge of refrigerant gas eco friendly or any non CFC/non HCFC based refrigerant and compressor oil as per manufacturer’s recommendation.

(B) Chilled water cooling arrangement comprising of the following:- (i) Supply and fixing MS class 'C', heavy duty ERW chilled water piping(pre insulated) of one lot of adequate size including fittings and fixtures duly welded, laid in air/ground, inside/ outside the building along as required for installation at actual site conditions.(ii) Piping insulation shall be expanded polyurathane foam with 36 kg/ cum minimum density, 90% minimum closed cell content, compressing strength should be as req and thermal conductivity of 0.14Btu-in/hr/ft2/OF.(iii) The insulation shall completely fill the annular space btw the service pipe & jacket. All the fittings & bends shall be finished with the same finish as specified necessary clamps, nuts, bolts etc adequately supported on rigid primary and secondary support for recirculation of chilled water complete with balancing valve for chiller inlet, out let connection and circulating the chilled water from AHU to pump, pump to chiller inlet, chiller outlet to AHU and necessary connection to chilled water expansion tank along with water pressure gauge/thermometer in chiller inlet and outlet, (iv) AHU inlet and AHU outlet connection complete with factory fitted PUF insulation with 24 Gauge aluminium cladding and all accessories comprising control valves like butterfly valves, balancing valves, Y-strainers, non return valves, pressure gauges, needle valves, thermometers, water flow switches, suitable EPDM bellows. (v) Chilled water line inside the building may be supported with MS angle with necessary grouting arrangements.

(vii) Chilled water lines with suitable butter fly valves, y strainer, pressure gauge, temperature gauge, on the supply line and with suitable butterfly valve, balancing valve, 3 way modulating control valves with flame proof actuator, pressure gauge, temperature gauge etc on the return chilled water line complete all as specified and as required.

(ii) Three Nos mono block centrifugal chilled water pump set with bronze impeller of suitable capacity each of 100% capacity of Chillers (2 No working and 1 No standby) coupled with TEFC 3 phase, 4 pole squirrel cage induction motor suitable for operation on 50 Hz, 415 volts AC supply along with suitable foundation with anti-vibration rubbers pads with suitable starter with overload protection, protection against phase reversal and single phase preventer and 2 Nos dial type (150mm) water pressure gauge with suitable needle valves, butter fly valves on suction and delivery lines, suction guide with strainer, check valves on delivery lines etc. (iii) Chilled water expansion tank of capacity not less than 1000 litres made out of minimum 03 mm thick GI plate construction including insulation with 13 mm thick cross linked polyethylene of self adhesive with aluminium foil protection. The tank shall be complete with necessary connection for piping vent and make up connection with necessary float valve, drain valve, incoming/outgoing line valves, and drain connection with control valve and necessary inter connection complete all as specified.

Sl item No. 121 contd/… (C) Condenser water cooling arrangement comprising of following :- (i) Three Nos monoblock centrifugal type Condenser cooling water pump set of suitable capacity with bronze impeller each of 100% capacity (2 working + 1 No stand by) with TEFC 3 phase, 4 pole squirrel cage induction motor suitable for operation on 50 Hz, 415 volts AC supply along with suitable foundation 3 Nos dial type (150mm) water pressure gauge with suitable needle valves, butter fly valves on suction and delivery lines, suction guide with strainer, check valves on delivery lines etc all as specified.

Sl item No. 121 contd/… (iii) One lot of condenser water pipe line and fitting made out of suitable sizes GI medium grade from makeup water tank to cooling tower, from cooling tower to Condenser and return to cooling tower through condenser cooling water pumps with all controls & fittings complete with materials along with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings such as tees, bends, necessary butterfly valves, check valves, Y- type strainer, non return valves/controls as reqiured at site and suitable to installing pumps,simultaneously to the system of 2 cooling towers with necessary arrengements,suitable EPDM bellows and pressure gauges with needle valves,etc suitable to installing thermometer etc adequately supported on rigid supports etc all as specified and required. (iv) Two No. PVC makeup water tank of 5,000 Ltrs capacity ISI marked triple layered erected on RCC staging of suitable height and size with necessary foundation and PCC hard standing on surrounding area to a width of not less than 750 mm from the platform of makeup water tank including inlet from the exisiting water connection point as directed by engr-in- charge at site by using pipe line connections for inlet & out let should be suitable sizes of CPVC pipes for required water discharge and outlet for continueous water flow for the smoothfunction of system, overflow connection and float valve assembly and a butterfly valve to connect the cooling tower.

(iv ) Secondary dry type cleanable and easily maintainable air filter supported by GI wire and folder to form accordion plate having an efficiency of 99% down to 5 micron EU-5 TYPE complete with mounting frame works. (v) Drain connection, stainless steel drain pan and with necessary GI pipe for drain out the condensate to the open drain of the building. (vi) Acoustic insulation of AHU all as per manufacturer’s design and type to maintain 50 decibel and all as specified.

Sl item No. 121 contd/… (E) Cooling tower arrangement comprising of following:- (i) Two No. induced draft FRP cooling tower (1 working(100% capacity + 1 standby 100 % capacity ) of heat rejection capacity suitable for AC plant minimum capacity of 80 TR running capacity (i) made out with FRP type body and water basin , PVC filling with integral louvers and drift eliminator, fitted with spray nozzles of having self rotating type sprinklers, statically and dynamically balanced counter flow type fan direct driven with TEFC squirrel cage induction motor , suction screen, make up quick fill arrangement, overflow and drain connections with necessary valves and suitable inspection ladder, access arrangement for cooling tower interior,erected on RCC staging of suitable height and size with necessary foundation anti-vibration mountings etc complete as specified by manufacturer and with necessary PCC hard standing around the area of width not less than 750 mm from the platform of the cooling tower.

(F) A lot of air distribution system including supply air and return air ducting from AHU room to the wall/ ceiling of the conditioned space where duct is entering inside the conditioned space/leaving the conditioned space, size of ducts as finalised before commencement of work and guages/ make of duct material as mentioned in the PS with suitable hot dip galvanised supporting arrangements including primary and secondary support including necessary foundation for support etc complete with adjustable dampers, vanes etc complete as per specification and as per ducting layout marked tentatively on site plan to provide the required qty of supply air in the condition room to achieve the designed parameters with desirable velocity and noise level with uniform distribution of air and comprises of following accessories:-

(i) Mechanical Fire dampers shall be provided in both supply are return air ducts of each room fusible type approved for 90 Minutes fire rating as per UL-555-1995 also in main supply air duct and in main branch wherever shown in duct layout drawings(in AHU room)including control wiring. The dampers shall be made of heavy gauge galvanized steel having multi blade construction. The blades shall be fitted with chrome plated shaft and self lubricated phosphorus bronze bushes. The dampers shall also be provided with jam seal (compression type) on sides to prevent spread of smoke and fire. The blades of the dampers are held in the ‘open’ position by a high tensile spring and a fusible link. (A) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: Sheet metal fabricated cope type silent enclosure manufactured on CNC machines as per CPCB norms and powder coated after nine tank process, the enclosure shall be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB (A) at a distance of 1 M. Foundation/Plinth/Base: Shall be provided as per manufacturers recommendations, however minimum 0.5 m Space should be available all around the Set and height of plinth shall not be less than 0.5 M. Diesel storage tank:Diesel storage tank of capacity adequate for storage of diesel for 8 hours operation of Gen Set. MISC: Tool kit, Operation and Maintenance catalogue, spare part list, overhauling manuals, guarantee card etc shall be provided as per manufacturer standard practices.(B) Foundation for DG Set & Sychronising Panel : Foundation for 2 Nos of DG Set, AMF Panel and Sychronising Panel should be as per the manufacturer or drawing should be approved by GE. GI Pipe 100 mm & 50 mm dia should placed in PCC as cable duct.

(C) AMF SYNCHRONISING & CONTROL PANEL :: Synchronising Panel suitable for 2 x 250KVA DG set with 2 Nos. incomer and 1 No. Outgoing and Aluminium Busbar with Metering and Protection . Panel includes Automatic Mains Failure (AMF) Control System , factory made shall be able to start up the DG set and transfer the load on to the DG set on mains failure without requiring any human intervention. Similarly on restoration of mains supply, it shall be able to transfer the load to mains supply and switch off the DG set automatically. The AMF cum Sychronous Panel shall be an enclosure with IP-53 degree of protection confirming to IS/IEC 0947 (Pt-1)/2007, fabricated from minimum 14 SWG thick CRCA sheet duly pre-treated and aesthetically finished. NOTE:-(i)The DG panel and AMF panel shall be complete with internal wiring with suitable size of multi stranded copper cable. The control cables and relays of various panels are included in the scope of this items.(ii)Tools shall be supplied as per manufacturer's instructions and rate quoted is deemed to be included in the cost of DG set.(iii)Necessary grouting including mild steel work and anti vibration pad shall be provided by the contractor.(iv) First filling of lubricants / engine oil/ Deisel for 10% over loading for one hour in twelve hours duration by artificial electric load test run deemed to be included in the rate quoted for the item.(v)Necessary PCC foundation alongwith one meter plinth protection including connected earth work for installation of DG Set shall be provided as per manufacturer's recommendation and cost deemed to be included in the rate quoted for the same.(v)Necessary PCC foundation alongwith one meter plinth protection including connected earth work for installation of DG Set shall be provided as per manufacturer's recommendation and cost deemed to be included in the rate quoted for the same.(vi) Necessary 10% over load test shall be carried out in the pressence of Rep of Accepting Officer/IEM. Cutting existing road/hardstand of any type by using crow bar chisel etc not exceeding 45 cm wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth for laying GI pipe including making good the surface by returning filling watering ramming in layers 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 over 200 mm thick hard core of broken bricks/stones over returning filling watering ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (GI pipe will be measured and paid separately)

Supply and fix and connecting up Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead 4mm dia GI wire fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in suitable GI light grade pipe for earthing etc as required complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC beaded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable, heavy duty, 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 1 RUNS, multicore XLPE 3.5 core 300 sq mm ( for AC Plant Panel) all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC beaded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, elec tric power cable, heavy duty, 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 1 RUNS, multicore 3.5 core XLPE 35 sq mm ( for Bulding VTPN 1 & VTPN 2) all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix GI pipe light grade of size 100mm dia under road crossing for protection of cable complete all specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick well burnt Class ‘B’ as cover to U/G cable laid dry flat over the cable with width equal to length of the cable and abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over under ground cable for cable protection in trenches all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and lay in trenches/fixed on walls/poles GI tubing medium grade with all fittings of 40 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Under gorund pneumatic horrzondal drilling of holes under road, pavment, hard stanading as required length at site by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique with necessary horrizondal direction drilling machine including providing HDPE Pipe 50 mm outer dia 0.40 M Pa including necessary joint connections and laying LT/HT cable. The contractor shall conduct under ground scanning to detect existing HT/LT cable line , sewage line, OFC Cable etc to avoid damage. The entry/exist hoel must be large enough to fit the drilling tool and the operator in it so they can aim the tool. The hole also must be deep enough that as the tool compacts the ground and the surface to be remain undisturbed. The deapth of the starting bore pit depends on the type of the soil that is being worked in and how well it compacts. The operator shall aim the tool the desire exit point and allow it to perform its function creating a bore hole under the ground without disturbing surfaces. The operator also should monitor the surface to make sure that, it is undisturbed. As the tool near to the exit point it is slowed down and the exit pit should be dug to locate both the tool and the bore. As the tool enters the exit pit the operator should choose either digup the tool to retrive it or reverses the tool back into the first bore pit to retrieve it including connected earth work, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply, Fabricate, install, test and commission outdoor inclined top type feeder pillar board having suitable width with GP CRCA Sheet powder coated with all necessary frame work with angle iron of size 40 mm x 40 mm and thickness 5 mm, CPRI type tested, IP-54 protection provision for bus bar chamber including Electrolytic Grade Cu. (Tin Plating) of 1500 amps for phase and 1500 amps for neutral for incoming and out going supply duly laminated with PVC sleeves with colour coding, plate for fixing ACBs, MCCB's, cover plate for covering MCCB's with openings for MCCB's knobs including two nos hinged doors, front and back openable with locking arrangements and by pass arrangement with change over. The cabinet and all accessories should be chemically treated with nine process for anticorrosive treatment. The panel should be suitable for 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system, CTs, sliding fuse, etc as required and internal connection should be pre-wired with suitable size of power cable/all required control cables/copper solid wire/strip for instrument/protecting devices, all meters and comprising the following items duly connected with other electrical acessories and marking of all Incoming/outgoing feeders for identification of feeders by numerical PVC ring as directed by Engr-in-charge including necessary foundation / brick work of the panel board with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) etc complete. Material and labour for Plain cement concrete1:3:6 Type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as In foundation, filling and mass concrete in post holes all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1979 grade ST-240 all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof overing/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

COMPREHENSIVE AMC - Comprehensive AMC for the FIRST YEAR after completion of defect liability period for Fire Hydrants, Fire Alarm & Gas Suppression System installed at P-81 Simulator for Aircraft at NIAT for the following works : (a) AMC FOR FIRE ALARM SYSTEM (i)Testing of entire Fire Alarm system during site visit such as General servicing of Manual Call Points including cleaning, checking etc. once in three months. (ii)General Servicing of Hooter including cleaning. (iii)General Servicing of Fire Alarm Panel including cleaning & checking.

(b) AMC FOR GAS SUPPRESSION SYSTEM (i) Includes checking of Gas Suppression System during site visit, once in every three months. (ii) General checking and simulation of suppresion system using spar cylinders. (iii)Checking of discharge lines, working of electromagnetic devices / solenoid valves, directional valves, nozzels, gauges etc, and cleaning of components etc. (iv)General servicing of Manual release switches, abort switches etc include cleaning, checking etc. (v)General servicing of Gas release Panel and device including cleaning, checking.

NOTES:- (a)Every break down complaints/ calls shall be attended within 24 hrs. (b) Major spare parts and components of equipments, inert gas, battery etc shall be measured and paid separately. (c) AMC shall be got done by the contractor through OEM / authorised service agents of OEM only. (d)The Contractor will not be at liberty to change the authorised service agent subsequently without concurrence of the Department. (e)The Contractor shall have MOU for Three years from OEM / authorised service agents only and shall produce the same to the department.
