Repair to single impeller Centrifugal pump No.3 driven by 25 HP motor installed at pumping station Bahu Plaza Jammu by way of disconnecting the pump from the motor, suction and discharge lines, shifting to workshop and dismantling, extracting worn-out parts and P/F Bearings - 2 Nos. , gland sleeve gun metal- 01 No., gland packing -01 No., coupling pad-01 No. by replacing the old/damaged with new one, pump body joint -01 No, impeller neck ring - 01 No., ½ Kg Grease, gland plate with studs-02, Chuck Nut – 01No., and brazing of impeller and turning / facing, rebuilding of pump shaft by arc welding and turning to bearing size and extracting of broken stud of gland. Then re-assembling the pump after properly greasing of bearings. Connecting the pump with motor and testing the pump at site for its proper operation. Job also includes replacement of the defective valves (2 Nos.) of 1” dia by new one and painting to the piping of the priming system installed inside the pump house by way of preparing the surface of the piping system by using sand paper and after that applying two coats of red oxide and a final coat blue paint. Complete job includes cost of material, transportation charges and all taxes. Complete Job.
