SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (B/R PORTION)

M&L for Drilling of bore hole below ground level up to 200 RM by direct rotary cum pressure/DTH Rig method through any Kind of soil strata including hardstone /boulders by reverse circulation/DTH Rig method for 200 mm dia suitable for lowering 200 mm dia casing pipe with provision of space for filling pea gravels all around the casing pipes as required at site below ground level including disposal of spoil from the site complete all as specefied in IS 2800 and as directed.

All as per Srl Item No. 1 above but depth exceeding 200 mtr and not exceeding 400 mtr below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Developing the trial bore by drilling reverse rotary circulation method/ DTH Rig method of suitable dia bore remaining in steps from 200mm to 550mm for 30 RM from ground level for housing casing pipe 200mm (8") tube well including supply, welding, lowering and fixing in position complete all as specified and directed .

All as per Srl Item No. 3 above but depth exceeding 30 mtr but not exceeding 60 mtr below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No. 3 above but depth exceeding 60 mtr but not exceeding 90 mtr below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No. 3 above but depth exceeding 90 mtr but not exceeding 120 mtr below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No. 3 above but depth exceeding 120 mtr and not exceeding 250 mtr below ground level complete all as specified and directed. . Note: - (A) In case additional developing the trial bore is required due to site condition beyond 250 meters,the same will be measured and paid for under item No.7 and No claim what so ever shall be entertrained by the dept at later stage on this account. (B) Note for item No.3 to 7:- (i) The unit rate quoted agaist SI Item No. 3 to 7 above shall deemed to be inclusive of hire charges of tools, plants and machinery required for drilling opreation including fuel for machinieries and necessary water etc . (ii) Compound/powder required like valamite/bentonite,local silty clay etc as required based on site condition shall be arranged by contractor under their own arrangement without any extra cost to the govt. (iii) Bore well lay down chart to be provide showing layer wise bore well strata on infomative reflective sign board with stainless steel frame on 2mm thick aluminium sheet.

Supply,assembling,fixing / jointing and lowering into bore hole 200mm(8'') dia MS casing pipe with 8 mm wall thickness extermly threaded sockted and weled by welding of 30 X 6mm FI strip 40cm long 3 Nos at each joint ERW in random lenth of 6mtr or as required duly ISI marked including necessary fittings and jointing and painting with two coats of anticorrosive paint on external and internal surfaces of pipe complete all as apecified and directed.

Supply,assembling,fixing / jointing and lowering ( exceeding 220 Mtr but not exceeding 250 mtr below ground level) MS strainer slotted pipe 200mm (8") bore minimum wall thickness 7mm including screwed mild steel socket as per latest ISI having size of slots 0.75mm/1.0 mm confirming to IS-8110-1985 or updated version including fittings jointing the MS casing/strainer by welding of 30 X 6mm FI strips 45 cm long 3 Nos complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MS bail plug 200 mm dia 8mm wall thickness and welded to casing pipe length of pipe not less than 3.00 mtr long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix well cap 200 mm bore having internal threads with welded MS handle of 20mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fix and lowering into bore hole centering guides for 200 mm dia casing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix housing clamp 90 cm long made out of MS flat iron 100mm X 10mm for 200 mm dia casing pipe with necessary MS bolts full threaded with nuts and washers at ground level including painting with two coats of black bituminous paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and packing pea gravel of sizes 2.00 to 4.00 mm surrounding between slotted pipe and bore hole of entire depth, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Vloume of pea gravel shall be measured as space between bore well and outer dia of pipe.

Carrying out electro logging test using suitable equipments ,manual test up to complete drilling depth of tube well for fixing water strata and submitting of report including its interpretation complete all as specified and directed.

Development of bore well by air compressor of suitable capacity till sand/mud free clear water of potable quality is obtained for a period of minimum 72 hours including removing of surplus soil mud to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposting as directed and making the site clear complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(I) The unit rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of hire charges of plants and machinery with operator required for development of bore well including their transportation charges up to the site of work, fuel , lubricant etc required complete in all respect. (II) Total development of bore well shall be for a period of 72 hours excluding two hours rest period after every 8 hours of continous development of bore well complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Yield testing of the tube well after development including draw down test, vertically test and aquifer performance test for consecutive three days with given rest of 2 hours after every continous run of 8 hours including testing of water for chemical bacteriological and arsenic composition as required for potable water complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) 'V' Notch and other equipment including diesel driven pump set shall be arranged by the contractor at their own cost and cost of the same deemmed included in unit rate quoted by the contractor. (ii) Testing of water for all parameter, chemical and bacteriological aspects from public health Department/National test house /Any Goverment approved Lab as approved by AGE(I) including lithological log and bore well chart shall deemed included in unit rate quoted by contractor for above items.

Supply and laying submersible cable 10 sqmm 3 core copper conductor from starter to motor including provision of water proof jointing with submersible motor complete all as specefied and directed.

S&F Cast iron sluice valve of sizes 150 mm with flanged end class I PN-1.6 heavy duty ISI Marked drilled type non rising stem conforming to IS -14846 -2000 including iron wheel complete with suitable rubber insertion 3.00mm thick both end and MS bolt ,nut and washers complete all as specefied and directed.

S&F CI Reflux valve both end flanged of sizes 150 mm dia, PN-1.6 with nut,bolts,washers,Gasket etc complete all as specefied and directed.

S&F MS Column pipe ERW of 150 mm bore as per IS - 3589 - 1981 or updated version of 4.8 mm wall thickness heavy duty 3 mtr long each with flanged screweded and welded both ends complete with bolts,nut ,washers,Gasket etc lowered in to bore well complete all as specefied and directed.

Cutting of existing CI/ DI/PPR Pipe of sizes 150/200 mm bore for tapping of new CI Pipe 150/200 mm bore including necessary excavation and earth works complete all as directed.

Supply, fix & lowering submersible pump set of cap 15 HP/11W,2900 RPM, rating 21 Amp 7 stage complete electric driven having discharge 900 LPM at 60 mtr head out let sizes 100 mm 415 Voly 50 C/S AC Supply 3 phase including star Delta starter of suitable capacity complete all as specified and as directed. Make:KSB/Kirloskar/Crompton/Calama/Barura

M&L for ductile iron(DI) pressure pipe with socket and spigot end Class K-9, bore of pipe 150 mm including cement motor lining in side the pipe and zink Bitumen coating outside the pipe ISI marked conforming to IS 8329/2000, including tighten joint with pressure technology, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L DI fittings as Bends(any type ,redius and angle) tapers any type (straight ,bend,increasing ,decreasing,or double cocket etc) Tee pieces single branch. ''Y'' junction double branch cross (all sockets or sockets and spigot ) collars cap and plugs up to 150mm bore.

Supply and fix Cast iron Air valves with two air out lets, 150 mm bore and fixing up in cast iron water supply mains complete all specified and as directed .

Supply and installation of iron removal cum pressure filter plant of cap 10000 GPH conforming to design code IS-2825/1969 & CPHEEO conforming to IS-2062 of sizes 2500mm diaX 1500 mm height, shell: 8 mm , dish & bed plate 10 mm, working pressure 3.5 kg/cm2 with oxidation chamber 1000mm dia x 1200 mm height inlet out let backwash ,rinse facilities and complete provn of man hole ,under bed plate fitted with PVC stainer ,air vent system,CI butter fly valve 100 mm (wefer and level operated), MS Frontal pipe line 100 mm medium grade 3 HP air compressor ,chlorine dozing pump model RC 11 cap 6ltr/hrs @ 4 kg back pressure 100 ltr cap ,solution prepation cum setting tank model CDS 100 fitted with gear motor and SS agitateor ,filter media,Mno2 ets complete including necessary PCC platform with foot stool foundation , drain and pit to accommodate the entire plant complete all as specified and as directed .

Excavation in trenches for taking out, laying of pipes not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as directed. Note: Surplus spoil shall not be removed but left protrude over the trench.

Removing excavated soil. n.exc 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 Mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum getting out, returing filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not excedding 25 cm in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rolled mild steel section as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plate, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corruggated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws all as specefied and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2(using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations, fillings and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded aggregates as in sub base of floor, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded aggregates as in floor finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh , sizes and type to any type of standrads , rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wires complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any sizes or type.

Supply and installation of copper wound transformer of capacity 63 KVA step up/step down outdoor type complete with standard fittings, HT 11 KV 3 Phase, LT 433 Volts, 3 Phase 4 wire with off load tapping on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit, all as per IS: 2026 complete.

Supply, erecting and fixing in true vertical position GI tubular swaged poles complete with GI base plate, finial taper plug,bolts,nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long) , complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Earth work & PCC work shall be meadured & paid seprately under relavent item.

Supply and fix Lightning arrestor HT 11 KV, expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp , complete all specified and directed.

Supply,installing, connecting and commissioning switch air break gang operated triple pole for current rating 200 Amp at 11 KV, out door type , mechanically operated, mounted on insulators and steel frame, with operating mechanism and operating rod of 25mm bore GI pipe (medium) worked from ground level, with locking arrangements, including drop out fuse complete all as specified and directed Make : Pactil/ Alstom/ Jaipuria brothers/ BHEL.

M&L for ACSR conductor of size 6/1/2.11mm squirrel for overhead lines, on HT poles, including stringing and binding wire, complete all as specified & directed. Make:- Indian aluminium Co/ ICC.

Supply and fix in replacement disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous white brown or green, 145mm high and 225mm dia ball and socket type single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed. Make : Jaipuria/ BHEL/ Pactil/ Southern Insulators.

Supply and fix in replacement 150 mm high and 150 mm dia pin type porcelain, vitreous white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle with two GI washers and one nut, suitable for working pressure 11000 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed. Make : Rastriya/Jaipuria/ BHEL/ Pactil/ Southern Insulators.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations, fillings and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping/collar above GL all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate, fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as directed including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI pipe 100 mm dia “Light Grade” in trenches, under floors/ roads, along poles for protection of cables, including necessary fixing clamps and sealing ends all as specified & as directed.

Supply and fix cold shrinkable, outdoor joint kit for XLPE HT U/G cable,11 KV(Earthed) grade suitable for Cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core XLPE cables, Complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Denson/M seal/Raychem.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filled in alternate layers etc and connected to and including 32 x 6 mm GI strip upto 7.5 m by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI and protected by light grade 40 mm dia GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, charcoal salt etc RCC pit cover flush to earth pit 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm TMT bar 100 mm C/C and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) including excavation and earthwork disposal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 m) and testing after completion all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009

Material and labour for clean and dry sand (unwashed) in trenches and cable ducts including spreading and levelling for cushioning of underground cables all as specified and directed. NOTE : Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying un reinforced precast concrete cable covers, class HV type 2,flat of size 450x180x40 mm complete all as specified.

Supply , Laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened , PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables(heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11 KV(Earthed), grade 95 sqmm 3 core in trenches / through pipes/ducts or on poles confirming to IS-7098 all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation 30 KVA silent diesel engine driven generating set 415 volts, 3 phase of 4 wire, engine as per IS: 10001/10002 and Alternator as per IS : 13364 complete with foundation (as per OEM design), control panel with necessary meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms, complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, laying and testing 35 sqmm 3.5 core UG cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor,1100 volts grade stranded aluminium conductor all as specified and as directed.
