Rubber lagging of pulleys / idlers, 'in-situ' with contractor's material and labour , by cold vulcanizing with minimum 12 mm thick Diamond cut natural rubber sheets
Minimum payment clause (Not considered for Price evaluation )
Minimum payment clause: Contractor shall engage the existing 3 (Three) contract labours as per the “Important note” given in annexure-IIA. For this a minimum monthly payment is assured by way of job or direct payment. i.e. if the average billing amount or the job quantum is less than the assured minimum monthly payment, then the short fall shall be paid to contractor after yearly reconciliation at the end of the year.
