M&L for servicing /preventive maintenance of DG sets at site comprising of the following- draining out used engine oil by opening the oil chamber, cleaning the chamber throughly, pouring the new engine oil, refixing the chamber cover with new gasket, replacement of various filters (diesel filter, oil filter, air filter), cleaning the diesel tank, cleaning radiator fins & air to air filter collar & AVM pads, checking rubber seal and hose pipes replacing same if found defective, checking coupling disc on injection pump, checking speed governor for proper functioning and lubricating linkages, checking clean air filter element, checking functioning of engine protection unit repairing instruments panel, checking and repairing of any leakages, etc.and replacing of small minor items such as nut, bolts, washers, etc. complete all as detailed hereinafter, as specified and as directed for the following DG sets:

Checks to be done are: (a) Checking of engine oil level (b) Checking of oil bath cleaner oil level (c) Drain sediments from fuel tank (d) Checking of pre-cleaner dust pan (e) Checking of air cleaner restriction (f) Checking of coolant level (g) Record oil pressure (h) Checking/tightening of all nuts-bolts of engine and alternator (j) Checking of AVM pads (k) Checking of diaphragm coupling (l) Checking of tapper clearance (m) clean fuel tank breather (n) Clean crank case breather (o) Checking of air piping (p) Cleanig of oil bath air cleaner tray screen (q) Check/adjust belts (r) checking battery voltage, water level and apply jelly on terminals (s) Checking fan hub/air blower hub and water pump (t) Cleaning turbo-charger (u) Tightening manifold nuts of cops screws (v) Cleaning of electrical connections with CTC solutions (w) Checking of safety controls (x) Cleaning of engine (y) Checking of engine oil level (z) Replacement of full engine oil

Notes for item No. 1: (i) The above checks shall be strictly followed at an interval of two months within the span of work. (ii) Servicing shall be done on every six months. The first service shall be done immediately on placement of Work order (iii) Preventative mainrtenance (checking as per OEM) shall be done on monthly basis. (iv) Periodicity and maintenance services as required shall be as scheduled by the Engineer-in-charge (v) The cost of engine oil, minor spares, various filters, etc. and the above aspects shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate

M&L for repairs to radiator assembly of any make and design by taking out from DG sets, transporting / carting to workshop (to & fro) for repairs including all loading & unloading and refixing the radiator after necessary repairs with new nut, bolts, washers and packing maetrials, etc. and installing for smooth functioning and testing on full load complete all as specified and as directed for the following capacities: Note: The repair works shall involve the following: (i) Opening of upper & lower cabinets of radiators by means of welding/soldering ,de-scalling the assembly tank by filling up and stearing the decalling solutions (i.e. soda and concentrated acid) with high pressure (ii) Cleaning the tubes with wire brushes ang high water pressure, (iii) After cleaning, leaking tubes and raditor body shall be repaired with soldering and brazing on appreciate place in sufficient size and re- assembled in unique shape (iv) Testing the leaking portion/s with high water pressure (v) Painting the entire body with one coat of anti-corrosive paint and two coats of super enamel paint
