Dismantling of existing rolling shutters at Shed No 1, 2 and 6 of the permanent storage sheds and devoluted to stores including removal of CRCA laths, bottom patties, guide channels, shaft and brackets, cost and conveyance of all dismantled materials, cost of all labour charges, operational, incidental, all leads, lifts, tools and plants, etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply, installation and fixing of electrically operated G.I. rolling shutter (with 1000 kg capacity motor of approved make) made of 18 guage thick machine rolled G.I. laths, interlocked throughout the length using G.I. end locks, and joined at ends with G.I. pattis of 2mm thick, mounted on a suitable 6" shaft, supported on MS side brackets and bearing plates, with suitable guide channels, stoppers, bottom locking plate, and arrangements for inside and outside lockingsystem, the entire system should support for electrically operated system. The shutter shall be provided with necessary counterbalance coil springs, ball bearings, and a hood cover (G.I.) to house the shutter. The entire unit shall include the cost of motor, cost of 6" shaft pipe, remote control unit, cables, all bearings, all fittings, fasteners, locking arrangements, all accessories, cost and conveyance of all materials, cost of all labour charges, operational, incidental, all leads,lifts and T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Supply of motor units of approved make with a capacity of 1000 kg suitable for existing rolling shutters at permanent storage sheds, including supply of 6-inch shaft pipe and remote control system. The rate shall be inclusive of cost of all materials, conveyance, loading, unloading, all leads and lifts, and incidental charges complete, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing painting to rolling shutters of storage sheds with two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer of approved make & colour, after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials, all labour charges, scaffolding charges, all leads and lifts, all T&P, all incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge
