Material and Labour for servicing of HT VCBs, 11 KV 400/630 Amp capacity, indoor type by drawing out breaker assay from panel, cleaning/decarbonizing the contact points by suitable means, applying petroleum jelly, lubrication, adjust the trolley in and out mechanism and moving parts, testing of all tripping system and device, internal wiring circuit etc, tightening of all connections, replacement of HRC fuse (if any found unserviceable ) engage the VCB with the supply system and testing for smooth function complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for servicing of HT 'T' panel 11 KV of current rating 800 Amps of any make and type by opening both side panel and carry out the following work :- (a) Disconnect the breaker from the panel. (b) Cleaning of all contacts using suitable cleaning agent and tightening screws, nuts, bolts, spring etc. for proper functioning. (c) Lubricating/greasing of operating mechanism and moving parts. (d) Re-assembling panel, put in position and testing for smooth function on load with Generator supply Note: - Servicing of OCB will be measured separately.

Material and Labour for calibration of protective relays both 02 Nos over current and 01 No earth fault relay of IDMT or any other type by using relay injection kit and re-set timing and tripping current according to the connected load all as directed.

Supply and filling of new transformers oil having di-electric strength not less than 45 KV complete all as directed.

Material and Labour in replacement of cable termination joint kit, for 11 KV (earthed) grade, for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPLE armoured aluminium conductor cable size 95 to 120 Sqmm complete as specified.

Material and Labour for servicing of transformer, 11 KV/415V step down or step up 415/11KV indoor/outdoor, type of capacity 100 KVA to 400 KVA, disconnecting HT/LT side, drain out the transformer oil, checking IR value of oil, opening the transformer and taking out the winding assembly, clean thoroughly the bottom for sludge, replacement of complete gasket set, arresting minor leakage from drain valve and other places, heating /drying the winding assembly checking of HT/LT insulators for desired IR Value, replacement of corroded nuts/bolts, washer etc, re-fitting of transformer oil and topping up with new oil, re-fix and re-installation of transformer and testing all as directed Note:- De-hydration/ filtration/new oil/LT/HT bushing will be measured and paid separately.

Material and Labour for Filtrations of transformer oil of distribution transformer of different capacities through stream line filter unit to increase di-electric strength (BDV) of transformer oil not less than 40 KV for 1 minute at 4 mm gap including topping up transformer oil to the required level as indicated to each transformer and testing, transformer oil before and after filtration complete as directed. Note: Transformer oil will be measured and paid separately. Contractor shall submit record of tests in duplicate to EIC.

Supply and replace silica gel of superior quality for air breather of transformer installed at NAD Alwaye.

Supply and replacing breathing assembly of transformer with new silica gel suitable for any make of transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 400 KVA.(500 Gm) complete as specified. Make: Suvidha/Yogya or equivalent approved.

Supply and replace brass terminal stud with nuts, check nut, oil seal and washer for HT side of transformer of any make as per sample for 100 to 400 KVA transformers complete as specified.

Material and Labour for Earthing of Poles with GI wire 4mm dia with galvanised MS earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level, earth plate shall be packed on all side with charcoal mixed with salt to a thickness of 150mm in layers, connected to GI earth wire 4mm dia (8 SWG) protected by GI pipe 15mm bore (light grade) and watering pipe 20 mm dia (light grade) of suitable length, with necessary earth work including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not less than 50 metre, PCC pit chamber with RCC cover frame, funnel, wire mesh.
