Material and labour for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, on fair faces of Ceiling/ concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick cement mortar plaster on brick wall in concrete surface in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth wihout using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of antifungal weather proof paint of required shade over a coat of primer using modern tools, and spray technique complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparation new surfaces of walls and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer using mordern tools, and spray technique complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparation new surfaces of ceiling and applying two coat of distemper white or tinted over a coat of primer using mordern tools, and spray technique complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment by mechanical jet water cleaning /scrubbing machine with steel brush and applying two coat of antifungal weather proof paint of required shade over a coat of primer using modern tools, and spray technique complete all as specified to entire satisfaction of engr in charge and complete all as specified and directed.
