M & L for Rendering 10mm thick on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 with liquid water proofing compound (200ml/50Kg bag) finishing even and fair without using extra cement as in under layer of roof treatment at any height complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be paid measured and paid seperately.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for applying oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm and providing 4mm thick, APP modified water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyester matt having softening point not less than 150 degree centigrade having tensile strength of 650 N/Sqcm in longitudinal and transverse directions respectively of the reinforcement tearing strength of 180N by torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap, applying a coat of blown hot bitumen grade 90/10 over the membrane @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Application of membrane should be done by manufacturer agent only.

M&L for applying two coats of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint over APP membrane @0.20 Kg/Sqm for two coats complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron) aluminium work for fixed portion and shutters of doors, sliding door, cabin work (any track)/openable windows, ventilators, partitions and sliding/openable with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections conforming to IS-733 and IS:1285 fixed with raw plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/Neoprene gasket roller etc aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/gauged/paneling, CP brass/stainless steel screws, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for aluminium composite panel sheet of colour/shade and pattern approved by GE of 4mm thickness which consists of 3 mm thick thermoplastic core of anti-toxic LDPE sandwiched between 2 skins of 0.5 mm thick aluminium foils with outer surfaces finished with 30 µ PVDF & inner surface finished with a thin coat of polyester paint, fixed in panels to aluminum frame including all necessary frame work or powder coated snap beading and rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for Chemical earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 900 x 600 x 5 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.5 m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 2.5 m below normal ground level, earth pit filled with Magnesium Sulphate (MgSO4) 15 cm all around the plate including connection with and including copper strip 50 x 6 as earth lead fixed by means of copper nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers etc and other end connected to the test point including 65 mm dia light grade GI protection pipe and watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade with funnel and wire mess including necessary earth work, PCC earth pit chamber in PCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with precast RCC pit cover 80 mm thick etc , complete all as directed and specified. Note : (i) Quoted rates is deemed to be included of copper strip upto 7.5m . (ii) The earth value/result must be less than 1.0 ohms.

Material and labour for bore earthing 150mm dia burried by vertical boring machine, depth 50m below ground level using earth electrode 50mm dia GI pipe medium grade duly drilled hole of 12 mm dia 15cm c/c on both side of of the pipe including lowering in bore well upto depth of 49m and one metre above the ground level. The pipe electrode should be filled around commercial salt charcoal dust, copper sulphate and magnesium phosphate of 30cm layer each upto the full length of pipe. The borewell should have 12metre of length 150mm dia MS pipe for protection of bore well. Welding of GI strip 50x6mm on earth electrode GI pipe 50mm dia upto the 10m below ground level and 15m from the bore well to test point and PCC foundation surrounding the borewell 60x60x30cm complete all as specified and directed. Note: GI strip more than 25m will be measured and paid separately.
