Name of the work : Strengthening the road from Panaiyur Neithalur Road To Akkanakadu-0/0 -2/5 (R330)

Clearing the Scrub jungle including all labour charges for burryingng and burning etc.,Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201. etc. comp.

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank within initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS .20.A

Providing and Laying Gravel Soling to compacted thick including cost & conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by Power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at optimum moisture content and hire & fuel charges for power roller , water sprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing danger lights etc, complete.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying of Prime coat using Emulsion at the rate of 7 Kg per ten square meter over the WMM surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it.

Providing and laying Tack coat over WMM surface(treated with primer) using 2.5Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1 for 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 25/30/40mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00- 9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30 kgs of VG30 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed

Cement concrete 1:3:6 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed

Towards the cost of centering the the side wall including all other necessary support arrangements and labour charges etc complete

Supplying and fabricating and placing in position Ms steel or Ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wires in all floors etc, Complete complying with standard specification .(MS rod or RTS bar will be suppiled departmentally at section stores and cost will be recovered at issue rate). the binding wire shall supplied by contractor

Providing and fixing 6mm bitumen felt for expansion joint between Dirtwall and Deck slab

Providing and fixing Tar paper for bearing Between Bed Block and Deck slab

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain /reinforced concrete abutment , wing wall , return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(v):20H towards drawing face complete as per drawing and techinical specfication clauses 614,709,1204.3.7

Gravel filling between body wall including cost and conveyance of garvel , labour for filling , watering and compacting etc complete complying with standard specification and as dirtected by the departmental officer

Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under MGSMT including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRCSP- 20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost
