Note 2:- Attention to bidder is hereby invited to upload revised BOQ if published during their bid submission. Uploading of incorrect/ pre-revised BOQ shall be treated as non bonafide and rejected. Fixed credit has been given in technical documents which shall be taken into account during acceptance of bid/tender.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide & n.exc 1.5m deep for getting out in soft/loose soil.

Returning filling in, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in soft/loose for sewage pipe line/manhole and cleaning the site

Removing excavated materials (soil) n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point

Dismantling of Reinforced concrete pipes 300mm bore of Pipe, Classs NP2

M&L Reinforced concrete pipes 300mm bore of pipe, Class NP2, laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L concrete bed to drain pipes 300mm bore of pipe including packing under and completely surrounding 1:3:6 type C2 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above the ground level) (un-reinforced) and removing to a distance n.exc 50m distance complete all as specified and as direted by Engr-in-charge.

M & L shingle filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers nexc 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and blinded with earth and rammed including watering etc complete all as specified

M & L for 75mm thick cemen concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded aggregate ) as in foot path and making finished even and smooth without using eXtra cement

M & L for 100mm thick cement concrete type B2, 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded aggregate ) as in hard standing and making finished even and smooth without using extra cement incl all as specified and directed

Dismantling floors, hearth or wall tiles including cment mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premi etc.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles (with grey cement and pigment) 20 x 20 Cm and 25mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floor

M & L for screed bed or bedding layers of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4

Brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per sqm

M&L for sand filling under floor or below blocks incl watering and consolidation

Dismantling precast concrete articles on floors.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M0-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment

M&L cement concrete in foundation 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels & Drain complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work masonary, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping kerbs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner grith in cement concrete, using extra cement , including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc

M&L including preparing of new surfaces and treated with two coats of white wash on it

M&L RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using (20mm graded aggreagates) in pre cost posts, fencing posts, strainig or terminal posts, struts etc, for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 sq cm but n.exc 250 sq.cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 10mm dia TMT bar cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooking for columns hooking ends and binding with & incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia.

S&F MS TMT bars 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending stirrups, spacers and binders and binding with and including MS wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia

M&L including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamaled paint over one coat of red oxide primer.

Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good distubed ground posts embedded in concrete, brickwork, masonery complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 22 but embedded in natural ground

Excavation in post holes or similar holes each n.exc 0.5 Cum getting out, returning , filling and ramming earth in layers n.exc 25cm , watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed

S&F rolled MS in joist, angle, channel sections fixed independently without connecting plates etc of grade Fe 410W (Gde E-250) quality B complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooking ends and fixing to chain link fencing

S&F in repair Galvanized 2 stand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type

M&L for chain link fencing MS galvanized 3.14 mm dia 100 x 100 mm mesh fixed to RCC post including securing or tying with GI MS wire stape etc complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for chain link fencing MS galvanized fixed to RCC post including securing or tying with GI MS wire stape etc complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

S&F MS screw bolts 11to15 mm dia of shank (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and haxagonal or squqre exc 15cm and in n.exc 22.5 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided for etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L MS works as in framed work such as grills gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes and siilar works conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 etc complete all as specified and directed.
