Survey of line using GPS, route alignment and , preparation of survey report and uploading in the web portal after approval of project manager.
Insertion of one HT PSC pole in existing OH line including digging & backfilling pit in all classes of soil, fitting cross arm, insulators, binding etc, drawing sufficient length of GI earth leads to the ground for earthing.
Renewal of existing damaged/old 11kV PSC/RCC/Teak wood Pole with new PSC pole in place including excavation, erection of new pole, backfilling pit and refitting of all items etc complete including the conveyance of the taken back materials to KSEBL store and stacking the same with proper documentation as directed by KSEBL.
Fitting and providing one HT Stay for 11kV pole - excavation of stay pit in all classes of soil and back filling including erection of complete stay set along with with GI stay wire ( 7/3.15 mm dia), binding of stay wire, by providing guy stay insulator ( 2 Nos) and .2 cum concreting 1 part cement, 3 part sand, 6 part 40 mm size stone aggregate chips ( 1:3:6) as per technical specification, approved drawings etc. .

Dismantling (without damage) 11 kV line (Three conductors) /LT line including dismantling cross arm, insulators, disc, spacers, disconnecting jumper connection etc & disconnection of service connection where ever necessary & rolling the conductor and stacking the materials and then transporting safely to the KSEBL store and stacking the same with proper documentation as directed by KSEBL.
Stringing of 11kV line with ACSR Raccoon (Three conductors) after fitting insulators (Hellically formed distribution top tie shall be used for binding conductor with pin insulators) , providing disc sets at cut points and giving jumper connections including touching clearance wherever necessary including cut point works. The work also included re erection of dismantled LT lines and all associated materials ( including street light fittings) / re connection of dismantled service connections where ever necessary. Straightening of poles wherever necessary shall also form part of the work.
Providing one Coil Earth using No.8 GI-earth wire (50mm dia, 115 turns) including digging separate pit (0.45x0.45x1.5m) at standard distance away from the pole/structure in ordinary soil & backfilling.

Doing one cable end termination on HT covered conductor 99 Sqmm using the cable jointing kit as per specification. 4. Re erection of dismantled LT lines and all associated materials ( including street light fittings) / re connection of dismantled service connections whereever necessary. 5. Straightening of poles wherever necessary. 6. Installation of Insulation piercing connector ( Bare to Covered conductor & Covered conductor to Covered conductor) for branching suitable for HT Covered conductor 99 Sqmm etc
Erection of 11kV LA set ( 3 Nos) with supporting plates and giving all connections etc including cost of earth strip - GI ( 25 x 3mm) and its drawal.
